Horrible. Everything now gets blamed on Covid!! Now, you can't even bring your returns back due to Covid, even when they made the error. But, thats NOT this particular store, thats from Home Hardware's head office, yes, I looked it up online as well. And if that's not bad enough, they've decided to only stay open until 3pm...Great!! Who cares about the locals who have supported this store for years and work until 4pm!! That's ok, just don't be shocked when things go back to normal and see if the locals remember how they were treated!!! I'll go back to get my refund and never set foot in that store again!!!

I love this store. You walk in, immediately you are asked by staff if you need help finding something. They will bring you directly to the product and offer further assistance if necessary. I have not seen this level of service anywhere else in a long time. A well stocked Hardware store with all your household needs.
