They inspected our property earlier this month, did a thorough job and helped to explain everything to me as he walked through the property. Most reliable, honest, and effective at solving cockroaches, bedbugs, tick, ant and any other pest problems on the property.

I used a pest control service for quarterly maintenance of a rental house I've owned for years. I can tell you that cockroaches, ants and bedbugs can be a huge problem at this home. They gave me tons of advice on how to control my cockroach problems myself and showed me exactly what needed to be done for the mice in the house and fungus on the deck. Petty pest control came over to our home to inspect our sleeping area for bed bugs. He did a thorough assessment of our bed and linen. Thank goodness NO BED BUGS! He educated us as to what to look for and provided some glue strips to place under our bed just in case. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They do our monthly service and have provided us with our cockroaches treatment as well.

Tech from petty pest control came out to our property to give us an estimate for our mice and bedbugs problem. I had woken up one day and noticed bites on my body. I suspected they would be bed bugs bites. Super concerned, I gave petty pest control a call to see if they would be able to bring someone to my place to check it out for bed bugs or anything else. They were able to send someone the next morning. The inspector arrived on time within the window they said they would. He inspected my room and thoroughly looked through the sheets, blankets, mattress, and bed frame. He did find bed bugs, and was able to treat all the bedbugs in the house. Super grateful for sending someone out as soon as they can. In the case I do find anything in the future, I'm definitely going to give them a call!

Love the service so far!!! Just signed up for the quarterly deal and got our first treatment done! We have not had bedbugs near or in our house since!!! We had a bad infestation of bugs, cockroaches, spiders, and ants! We live on an acre in the farm land of Hamilton so we do still have a lot of bugs on our property. They treated it and we have had zero bugs in or near the house! Best company quick and easy! I loved how easy it was to set up an appointment! The tech was super friendly, informative, and made sure every area was sprayed! Highly recommended

I was referred to PPC. I found bed bugs in my home. I was so upset very devastated to find them. I called PPC and spoke with the owner Jim. He was very kind and calmed me down. I felt that he really cared that I was upset. Jim came to my home and took care of my problem.I would recommend anyone to call PPC and speak with Jim for any pest issues. Tried to schedule an appointment after discussing pricing with Jim. After he did not respond to my text, I followed up with a phone call. He said he would call back but never did. After I followed up again, he texted me to say he was declining the work but did not provide a reason. I don't appreciate someone wasting my time, and I don't appreciate the unprofessional behaviour. At least have the courtesy to call someone and explain why you can't help them.

UNDER THEIR WATCH A SINGLE UNIT WITH COACH ROACHES HAS BECOME A BUILDING WIDE INFESTATION OVER THE COURSE OF THREE YEARS!!! We have had to involve the ministry of health do to their incompetence, negligence, or both. This company has been servicing the apartment building I live in for a long time, but over the last three years an infestation grew from a single unit on which, they have had absolutely no effect. They rarely if ever do any follow up spraying. After some spraying sessions there is actually no evidence, what so ever, that they have even entered the unit. They have consistently and knowingly ignored large areas for the roaches to remain and return. They have no problem wasting their costumers money. Spraying one unit at a time, for example, in an infested building, such that the roaches just leave for a day or two and come back. If the building I live in hadn't changed pest control companies, they would currently be facing litigation. As it is they now have to pay for an entire building spray, top to bottom, on-top of wasting money dollar on ineffective treatments for years. In summation, Penny pest control is terrible company and a complete waste of money. Our building is full of seniors and families with children, that can't afford to move, living in these conditions is hard on the health and mental well being of that building residents. Negligence on this level, for such an essential service, that people depend on to this degrees, should criminal!

Petty Pest Control took care of our rental property in downtown Hamilton for both cockroaches and bedbugs. They sent instructions for the tenants to follow. Tiffany and Katey showed up on time, explained the process and went to work. The second treatment still has to be done but a lot of dead cockroaches and bedbugs. Looking forward to having these guys back to finish this off!
