We found two raccoons in our attic on the Saturday evening of a long weekend. Given the situation, we were sure it was going to be at least a few days until we could find someone to help us with our problem. I managed to get in touch with Mahamat early Sunday morning and right from the first conversation he was courteous and professional. Within only a few hours, he was on the scene to investigate. After surveying the area, he proposed we install a one way door that would enable to raccoons to leave, but not get back in. His thorough explanation of the process left us certain that the solution would work. Today he came to remove the one way door and confirmed that the pair was successfully evicted. We had just moved into our home and the first night I heard crawling in the attic. The next night I heard these high pitched fluttering sounds - turned out it was a raccoon and 4 babies living in the attic. I contacted a number of pest removal companies and even had one come out for an official inspection and estimate - $2500! I couldn't believe how high the estimate was. I shopped around some more and came across K5 Wildlife Services on Homestars - after one phone call with Mahamat I knew he was the right man for the job. He was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. He even gave me very good information about how to handle the insurance company claim. He came on time the next day and was very professional and tidy. Full protective suit, gloves, and booties to cover his shoes when walking the through the house. He collected the babies and set them in a warm box for the mother to later retrieve them. My kids loved seeing the babies! Mahamat made it very enjoyable like a zoo lol. He came back the next day to retrieve the warmbox and finish closing up and securing the soffit hole where the raccoon had originally entered. Mahamat is an absolute gentleman and professional. Very highly recommended!

I am extremely pleased with the work Mohamat has done and the professionalism in which he exudes. He resolved the issue we had with a combination of racoons, squirrels and birds living in our attic. Paid him everything upfront and he still came back on 2 different occasions to ensure everything was functioning the way it was supposed to and to ensured the situation was resolved. He even followed up with phone calls and text messages. He is the real deal and I would recommend him a million times. He came prepared and ready to do the job on the spot. He immediately got to work to discover all of our problem areas and quickly prepped my home for the racoons and squirrels to exit safely through a one way door without any way of getting back in. He removed the raccoon babies and showed us pictures during every step of the process. We've had this racoon issue in the past and wish we would have known Mohamat because not only did he remove the animals, he secured the roof so they would not be able to re-enter in the future. This is something the previous person we hired didn't do 4 years ago which costed us big bucks when we had to redo our entire roof. Mohamat makes you feel comfortable and doesn't pressure you in taking his service. He identifies your issues, gives you a price and actually recommends that you get 2 or 3 quotes which to me goes to show how confident he is in his work and goes to show that he will give you the best price possible. He really took the time to explain everything that was going on and what he would do to resolve our problem. I felt comfortable not seeking out any other quotes and taking his service as I knew hiring him was the right decision being that we dealt with a faulty person in the past and they never took the time to explain anything to us. All they did was set up a one way door and never came back to remove the cage which is what damaged our roof. He also gave some really helpful advice for insulating our attic and reducing the cost of our gas bill. Although I can only give Mohamdt a 5 star rating, it goes beyond that due to his expertise and ability to resolve the problem in such a timely and professional manner. All around perfect service. We are extremely satisfied with the work he has completed. He will be our number 1 contact for friends and family if they ever experience the same issues.

I was very impressed with K5 Wildlife Services’ work. We had Mahamat come to our house and analyze our situation. He thoroughly looked over the house and identified vulnerable areas where rodents could enter. Mahamat then explained why some areas were not active. He also showed me videos of how rodents can enter similar conditions. I found this to be very helpful as this helps us protect our house from future attacks. Mahamat also identified areas which my builder did not complete (sealing windows and sub pump). He recommended us contacting the builder to fully seal the above. We had some red squirrel nest in our attic and noticed the vents and soffits had holes chewed in them. Mahamat was so friendly and secured not just those spots but all of the vents in our house with metal wire so that the squirrels and raccoons can no longer chew through them. He also replaced the missing pieces of soffit and the damaged vents in the hard to reach places on our roof. Highly recommended!

Mahamat is the man! I called about 10 other companies that offer similar services, but Mahamat by far is the best! Firstly, his assessment of the property was thorough. He was the only service provider willing to actually go into my attic to determine if mice were present. Next, his estimate was by far the most economical (even though he was offering the same service as his competitors) Additionally, upon being hired he took the time to get the job done, even though it took longer than we anticipated due to the difficulty of the project scope. Lastly, he has incredible customer service skills, is very patient, very friendly and very knowledgeable. If you haven't already figured it out…I would highly recommend hiring Mahamat if you need to have wildlife removed from your home/business and want to prevent them from re-entering.

Great Service. Mohamat did an excellent work removing a mom raccoon and babies from my attic. I called him at 11pm he came next day early morning. He explained the procedure and went inside the attic to do inspection. He finished his job that same day. At night we noticed babies were born. Again we called him late at night. Mahamat is just great. We had a jaunty squirrel keeping us awake, dancing above our bedroom. I called the expert on December 30th, not expecting to have my tiny dancer taken care of until well into the New Year. Instead, Mahamet stopped by within 12 hours, on New Years Eve, and installed a one way gate. He came back today and patched the hole. Had a raccoon make it's way into my Mums attic, they're resourceful creatures and cause a bit of damage. Was referred to Mahamat @ K5 and he came out quick! My 1st experience with a raccoon, Mahamat explained everything and installed a 1 way door to allow the creature to get out as well as protecting the roof vents (they'd been damaged as well in an attempt to gain entry). Raccoon came out the next night & the babies were then retrieved by Mahamat and put into a heated baby box near the attic entry point. Mum popped by that night and the babies are gone! Couldn't have gone better, Mahamat was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Professional service and fast response. Mahamat answered back on a Friday 2am almost a couple of hours after I sent a text message. He came on time Friday 9am to evaluate. He looked in the attic, furnace room and on the roof. He told me we did not have any kind of infestation in the attic but could have been a mouse entered in the past and there are some clear evidences a raccoon walks across the roof. To prevent further wildlife intrusion, he suggests we have some treatments like sealing up some holes but he also points out the treatment would be more effective and lasts longer with good conditions of the shingles so some replacement needs to be done beforehand. This time he charged $96.05 including tax just for inspection and promise it won’t be charged again next time we call for treatment. I will definitely contact the company again after the roof is replaced. Highly recommended.

Raccoon broke roof vent and into attic during long weekend. Made appointment with one contractor. But the guy broke the appointment and waste my all morning time for nothing but waiting. Try to contact other contractors but nobody like to come in with such short notice. I was nervous because the snow storm is approaching. Luckily found K5 Wildlife Service after google search. Mahamat showed up 40 minutes after I called. He did very professional inspection and made one way door cage to cover the broken roof vent. Next morning after heavy snow night, the one way door indicator is folded up. Very appreciate what Mahamat did. Highly recommended.

Of all trades I have called over the past 6 months to do various repairs around our house Mahamat has been the most reliable and quickest to respond. My attic has been infested with squirrels for over four months awaiting for another company to install a sheet metal fascia that would prevent the squirrels from eating through the wood and accessing my attic. The squirrels have been very aggressive and persistent and K5 has installed and removed traps and plugged holes 3 times over the 4 months while we waited for the fascia work to be completed. Finally the sheet metal work was completed on Friday and Mahamat on Saturday, today, installed the 4th and hopefully last trap. A super reliable and responsive individual I would recommend to all, especially if you have a squirrel or other wildlife pest that requires removal.

Mahamat did an exceptional job of raccoon proofing our roof for us. He provided very professional services at a reasonable price. We had been chasing some other wildlife service providers for weeks and he came as a breath of fresh air! Our experience with him was better than the others in every way possible.
