I would highly recommend this company and have already to everyone who has pest problems. After a week of dealing with carpenter ants in the house, I called 20 different companies only to feel like a bother. I called EPC and talked to Sam and the customer service he provided was top notch! I ended up calling a company that could come sooner and called to let EPC know. I told them my ant problem and that I had a newborn. Sam called me back to let me know they could squish me in sooner. I was so happy! Technician didn't even bother to inspect the surrounding. Said he couldn't find the nest so he's just gonna spray and charge the full price of $350 which is supposed to include nest removal. That is why they ask for your credit card info first and tell you no need to be at home, so they can just do nothing and take the money!

Reported heavy noise in the attic. Technician immediately accessed as mice without checking the attic. Money paid for mice treatment only to find out 5 months later, it was actually raccoons as we suspected.

There is no other way to go about it rather than just having environmental pest control being your preferred service providers for any pest control needs. We moved into a new home and 6 days later found mouse dropping in a corner of the unfinished basement which almost left us horrified that we have made a wrong decision to get this house. I did some research to get pest control done for the mice and ended up calling a few people including Environmental Pest control. From the second I spoke to Alana I was kind of at ease that I have come to the right place. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. she answered all of my questions not like a sales person so I buy their service, but more like a helpful resource. I was scheduled for a date and received a proper email notification and follow up call before the appointment. The Tech( Dave)showed up right on time and he was great and he took all the efforts in clearing up my queries and did a detailed inspection of the home to find the entry point for mice. He explained how there was nothing wrong with the house or the cleanliness it just a 2 second window it takes while the garage is open and you open the door to garage and a mice can get in once in the make their kingdom by making hwy in the insulation through the drains and wire right to the attic. He placed bait station on strategical points and sealed a big hole near the AC gas pipes going to the basement that was probably the gateway for mice to come in. He gave me detailed analysis of how to find the signs and monitor the activity. With six months guarantee and periodic follow ups our mind is finally at peace that we will not have an army of mice flourishing in the walls and attic and destroy our home. Thanks Environmental pest Control. I surely will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Receptionist was rude and dismissive upon very first phone call. Kept putting me on hold with each question I had to ask someone else. Told me they could book an appoinment, gave a price and then said they could not guarantee results due to "time of year" even though I kept hearing "guaranteed results" in the hold recording. How can she know how much it will be when they have no idea what they're dealing with and what it will take to get rid of it? I was told they "can't exactly tear down walls" when I said I was not sure where the nest was but it could be in a wall. I tried to book an appointment anyway but when I forewarned her I may have to cancel once I spoke to my husband in a couple of hours due to shift work, she said I couldn't do that because they are so busy and then "they would be out for that appointment". I told her she would actually still have an appointment to fill if there is a cancellation which would easily be filled if they were as busy as she suggested. Not impressed!

Professional, timely, and thorough. I had bedbugs in my old apartment and one of the technicians came in and took care of them. Having an infestation is a horrible ordeal to have to deal with, you never expect it, and often feel embarrassed about it. I was assured that they would be able to take of it, and they came through. They also helped to reassure me that these types of infestations are very common (especially in high rise buildings) and do not reflect poor cleanliness. I went from utter panic to calm within moments of my first phone call. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Environmental Pest Control sprayed the outside of our house and shop for spiders. The team was very professional and the product used works great! No more spiders on or in our house. An added bonus was that the product used also took care of the gypsy moth caterpillar infestation that's been happening in our area. The only downside is that they're more expensive than other companies. It's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

The first time they came in was great, tech was nice but we scheduled three times for time to come in to spray ants in our house and every time it's different excuse. Two hours before scheduled visit, sorry tech not available. An hour before 2nd scheduled visit, sorry tech not available today. Called the day before 3rd scheduled visit, they said it's good but no show and no call, called them and said their server is down. The guy who picked up the phone wasn't even apologetic or didn't even care it's our third attempt to get someone to come in.

I had purchased a building last year only to find out that the previous owners had neglected to tell me that it was invested with bed bugs. I had never run into bed bugs before and after two companies came and inspected the building, one of which was Environmental Pest Control it was obvious I would deal with EPC. Not only was EPC's experience first rate but they also offered the service of bagging the tenants clothing for them. They were extremely helpful and flexible with answering the tenants questions concerning the treatments. They also provided informative emails and reports after each treatment which I could circulate to the tenants. The technicians and support staff at the office went above and beyond what I expected as they offered different treatments depending on certain tenants concerns. They were friendly, respectful and patient with my situation as I had both businesses and private residences affected. The staff at EPC were also incredibly patient and helpful as I dealt with tenant concerns, answering questions and providing information above the norm. I never want to deal with bed bugs again but I will always deal with EPC in the future. I have since recommended them to anyone I know who may need a pest control expert. They are amazing!

Thank you for taking care of my Wasp Issue...however... I was told that we would be getting a full exterior spray on our townhouse. Bill arrived, quite early too, which was great, and sprayed in three areas. Thankfully, the Wasps are gone now. I do still see Wasps near our garage and at the bottom of our stairs so perhaps more places should have been sprayed and also, I do not think we got our New Customer Discount. Aside from the issues, I am happy. And will not hesitate to contact Environmental Pest Control in the future

My husband had to do most of the work and they only provided bait stations. The copper mesh that was supposed to be installed was not. We were given some mesh when I asked about it. The first visit they did was incredibly thorough and we've kept up with year over year seasonal sprays to maintain. Now that we seem to have a swarm of wasps, they've altered our service to include these as well. The service is fantastic! From setting up our yearly spray apt with Lisa through to the technicians coming through our property. I have had this company out twice in the last week and a half to spray a non visible wasp nest, they are entering by my dryer vent. I have seen no improvement. When I called about getting a second visit I was told that someone would call me back within a hour to set a time for them to come to my house. Nobody called back. I called the next day and was told that Mondays are really busy for them (that was the day I had called on). I am very unhappy with both the customer service and the product they used.

The entry point was not properly secured during the initial visit and we had mice coming back a few days ago (2019). I am thankful to Mike to communicate with us regarding mice issues at my place. I used their service twice. The second time I reached them out to rebait the stations as I saw more mice climbing the bricks at the back rear of my house. I was told I will be charged for the second visit & I was not too happy about it. Mike decided to send a senior tech to solve the issues. Warren came. He was very friendly & helpful. He showed us activities in the attic & the stations were rebaited. It has been 1 month since warren came & I am not seeing any mice for the moment. Friends moved me into my new apartment a week ago, perfect location in Newmarket and it wasn't really until the following day I was home from the Hospital when I noticed the smallest of ants and thought OMG, I just cleaned the cupboards and they're back and worse! I sought help from 3 Exterminator Companies, one nice but didn't sound on the ball, one beyond rude and warranted me hanging up and the other was too quick to want monies and to spray which was the WRONG THING TO DO! I reached out to FB and my Friend posted to me the name 'ENVIRONMENTAL PEST CONTROL' as she was SO HAPPY with their recent Services. Upon calling them I was treated so kindly and so understood. The phone disconnected a few times, certain an error on my end and cheek probably hung up on them yet they didn't hesitate to call me back. We talked and I described what I was seeing and they asked me to bring in a sample. Low and behold, I'm on the phone with them and one of those ants just happened to be crawling right in front of me. I asked them to hold, put phone down, got a baggie and scooped it into the bag and off I went to bring the sample in to them. I pulled in front of their building and one of the guys was outside and asked if I was Bonita and introduced himself as one of the individuals I had spoken with on the phone. Went inside with sample now in their hands and he looked at it with a magnifying glass (these ants are so small that if you have bad eyesight, you'd miss them) but not this gal! He than wanted to make sure and brought it to the back for someone else to see and sure enough it was a Pharaoh Ant! Here I'd been spraying ant killer as that's what I was told to do prior to talking with these individuals. All I was doing was making the problem much worse, though I wasn't alone as all four units in this little building made that same mistake! Contacted my landlord prior and after meeting with them and do you know they actually not only gave my landlord a deal but they played with the schedule just to fit me in ASAP as I'm certain they could tell just how upset I was. I hadn't even unpacked (still haven't) at new place because all I wanted to do was clean first as the previous tenants were very dirty (haven't seen anything quite like it to be honest). Today Adam arrived with the bait traps and I pointed out something I had noticed above the fridge last night and he knew, he just simply knew this was one major spot that had to be dealt with. I felt so horrible because it was so dirty up there on the fridge itself, and just a little dirty on the shelf but the walls OMG filthy yet I didn't make that disgusting mess and I didn't want him to think that's the way I lived and I broke into tears right there in front of him and my landlord and it's not because I'm a suck, it's because I find bugs to be gross and I didn't want Adam to think I was a dirty person because I'm not and this was so upsetting to me ~ I don't do bugs, apparently some people do, I'm not one of them. He assured me not to feel bad, he understood I moved into this and made me feel so much better and told me to start to unpack, start living and clean now but to let the bait traps do their thing without disturbing them. Against my best wishes as the mere thought of these ants has caused me to puke on a couple of occasions, I climbed up on the ladder more than once after Adam and my landlord left and I can honestly say I have NEVER seen anything quite like it - It's like a tag team, one way up, one way down bringing poison to the many colonies I'm certain there are. I even saw the Queen, I cannot believe even the Queen came out to feast on the poison ~ They looked to be giving high fives as they passed each other, thinking this was a good thing for them! Now on a different note, I would like to Personally Thank Jonathon, Sam, Mike and Adam (who was a Godsend today) for all of your patience and understanding of how upset this has made me. I'm deeply grateful to each of you and I would recommend your Group of Experts to ANYONE and I WILL! Thank You All so Truly at EPC ;o) xoxo

What they say and do are 2 different things. They said they would seal any potential point of entry to my home but after they arrived they said they won't go up a ladder and they have not been trained for it. The issues were not dealt with and we had to call again. They did come out again but still not resolved. We will be calling another company. Don't waste your time and money with Environmental Pest Control.

I have had a very poor experience, I live in Newmarket, Ontario. We've got animals in the attic, thinking might be mice or squeal. when we called initially, we noticed the line was busy and very hard to get through, finally we had Sam on the phone, and he was able to book an appointment for us. The technician (Brad) showed up half hour early unexpectedly while i was still in a business meeting. Then he walked around outside the house didn't find any entrance, then he walked around inside the house didn't find any entrance either. then he took a ladder and poked his head in the attic and told me it's a mice problem since he saw mice tracks. then he throw some bait boxes randomly in the attic and said it'll take 2 weeks for the mice to eat the bait and die somewhere. he cannot go into the attic, and also refused to check the roof. in the end, the entrance was not found. after two week, the problem got worse, so i called the company back. once again, very hard to get through the busy line, and finally I got Sam on the phone again, although he said it takes 4 weeks for the mice to die out, so if the problem still persists after 4 weeks, we can call back. after 4 weeks, the problem is still there and even worse, took me entire morning to get through the line and finally had a lady named Jane called back around 11:15am, she couldn't decide what to do so she had to talk to the manager, then booked another appointment for Brad to come back. I will report further once the 2nd visit is completed. the bottom line is the animal entrance has to be found and fixed. by keep putting down the bait boxes may poison the mice, but more mice will keep coming in through the entrance!!! For now the experience and service received is very poor. One thing I found that they keep saying all their technicians are fully qualified and certified, and they're the best on the market. but that doesn't answer my question as how can they find the animal entrance and fix it? 2nd visit was done. due to the steep roof the technician couldn't be on there. The owner was engaged by the technician explaining the problem, and refund was issued even though they've visited twice and put down bait boxes. I feel bad that first, the problem is still there and second, the company did try to solve the problem but yet didn't get paid. :( However they're very customer oriented and honest company, they referred me to a specialist to deal with the issue, and refunded in full. I have to say the experience ended with high respect to the company. Thank you for your understanding.

I called Environmental Pest Control to look at a mice infestation in my attic. The person on the phone booking the appointment informed that the technicians will come to the house, install baiting stations, and do a comprehensive inspection the exterior of the house and fill any holes while making recommendations on areas that required something more than filling holes. The cost was over $400. I was happy with this because I was given the impression that not only would existing mice be addressed but a solid attempt would be made to prevent future mice from entering the house. However, the service I received did not meet this set expectation. The technicians took 15 minutes to place baiting stations in various spots around the house after which time they started to put the paperwork together for payment. I tried to gently tell them that I was told that they were meant to do a solid check around the house for holes and places of entry. Only when I asked them this did they start to provide this insight. No doubt I was pretty disappointed and frustrated until someone from Environmental Pest Control called me to apologize for the level of service I received and that I should have received what was promised to me on the phone. I was very impressed by the quick response I received and the efforts by the service manager to rectify the situation. They subsequently promised to return to the house in November to refill bait stations at no additional cost. So, overall, while the service I received was well below my expectations, the subsequent follow up and effort to rectify the situation was well above my expectations.

Mike followed up after my initial unpleasant experience review and talked about all the things I was frustrated about and service i was not pleased with. He offered to send a senior technician out to check and redo the job for free as well as offered discount ; which went fantastic. Brian took the time to explain everything and actually do all as promised on the phone. He done a very good job that I'm compactly pleased with. Originally I just got someone new probably who didn't do the job well but they solved my issues and redone everything for free. Plugged all the holes and rebated the bates. Now i am satisfied with their service . Highly recommend and if by chance you run into some new technicians who didn't do it all as promised to contact them and they will call back and make sure the issues are fixed to the satisfaction.

Living at the edge of a forest means mice enter the basement and walls every fall. The cats could do the job but that’s just not practical as mice are toys for cats and they are not always killed. I’ve used Environmental Pest for several years and the treatment is very effective. It has also never posed a hazard for the cats. I couldn’t get through a winter without their service. They are always on time at the scheduled day. They work quickly and efficiently. They explain everything I need to know and do a thorough inspection of the house inside and out. Commercial traps come with all kinds of hazards and are not safe for children or pets. I highly recommend this service. It works without any adverse effects (unless you’re a mouse).
