It's been a little while since our second appointment with Armour Pest Control and we are so happy we no longer have to deal with ants or listening to mice run around on our basement tiles! Rebecca was amazing from the beginning, very professional yet also very easy to reach out to and communicate with. Her and her assistant were always on time and always explained what they were doing and the possible causes. They were very assuring and helpful throughout the whole process, even when i asked a million and one questions! They're definitely who i'm recommending to others in the future.

We've been using Armour Pest Control since 2003 and they've been with us still after we moved from Toronto to Mississauga. Their service is always professional, friendly and quick and we've been pleased with the results every time from mice in the basement we rented long ago, to the pigeons on the balcony and bed bugs from a neighbour in our apartment to moving to a house with a very temporary mouse problem. On top of being grossly unprofessional this company did not fulfill it's services once paid. The pests were not taken care of after multiple visits (which included reminder calls that went unanswered and even no shows for confirmed scheduled visits). Our warranty has not been honoured as Armour Pest Control Limited has not paid us back for the services they did not complete. Please don't let the cheaper price fool you like it did us. P.S. Professional tip to Armour Pest Control Limited - please don't yell at your clients when you have forgotten about a scheduled appointment and point the blame to us.

The pandemic has showed me how important it is to support small business, and am I ever happy with Armour. They cleared cockroaches in one treatment which I was surprised about because I know they’re not allowed to use any good pesticides anymore. One of my other units had bedbugs and they had to come twice for that but the tenants didn’t follow their recommendations and put the sheets back on the bed. The family is friendly and professional, I didn’t feel like just a number to them. I’ve recommended them to all my superintendent buddies.

CAUTION: I chose this company because of the great reviews online -- now 6 months after hiring them our pest problem has yet to be solved. They've scheduled treatments with me and not showed up, they blocked my number and hung up on me multiple times when I called for follow ups. I've also not gotten my money back, my warranty has not been honoured. I guess this is what happens when you buy a cheap service?

I had an incredible experience with this company. I called panicked on a Sunday afternoon because I had a pigeon problem and bird mites had infested my condo and were biting me. Rebecca came over within half an hour to check out the situation, and then went to grab the supplies and took care of everything the same day. The rates that they charge are very reasonable. She also texted me the next day to follow up and make sure that I was getting fewer bites (I didn’t get any new bites after she came) and to make sure the pigeons were gone (they didn’t come back). She also offered to come back and install more bird spikes if needed. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you so much!

I have used Paul and his son through 3 generations. He has always come by extremely fast and has done exemplary work. Today he came by as I thought I had a rat in my walls. Turns out it was a bird that got out on its own. Even though he spent a half hour looking things over he didn't charge me a cent as the problem resolved itself. He is a gem.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT pest Control service. My family and I live in a house in the Scarborough area. My wife's parents had a major bed bug and mouse problem. So, she called Paul at Armour Pest Control, as the company that she works for adores this company for pest control issues. When Paul attended her parent's house he and his team were polite, professional and friendly. They addressed all of their concerns and put their minds at ease. The job was superb. The mouse issue was resolved completely in a week, as was the bed bug issue. My in-laws haven't seen a bed bug since. We rent out the top and basement floors to renters in our own house. Two weeks ago we noticed bites on our son and wife's body. We also saw cockroaches in the bathrooms and kitches of our apartment and the basement apartment. We knew exactly who to call. Paul and his team again were here very fast. Again, they got rid of the bed bugs and cockroaches in about a week to a week and a half. No sign or either pest since. The second best part was the price. We thought it would be outrageous, it was a very good price. My wife almost cried. My family and I highly, highly recommend this company. You can't go wrong. Thank you so much Paul and the team at Armour Pest Control for the excellent, excellent pest control services.
