Squirrels had gotten into my soffits, and gained access in between the walls of the house through the garage, scratching and running at all hours of the day and night. The amount of noise would drive anyone insane. Called up Mr. Raccoon based on a referral and am extremely happy with the service provided. The crew were professional, efficient, knowledgable, and best of all, no more squirrel problem. Plus, removal was done in a humane way, and preventative measures were put in place.

Mr Raccoon advertised on the Chinese radio station so we expected fairly good customer service but that was not the case at all and we did not end up using their service. We contacted them for a quote via their website but no reply and then tried again by phone and email. Finally, someone called back but with the worst attitude ever. We felt he was very unwilling to answer our questions and even made us feel dumb for not knowing how to catch a skunk. When we asked for the cost, it sounded like he was pulling random numbers out for different scenarios of the situation and merely milking for more money. They definitely did not win our trust and we decided immediately not to go with them. We chose another company that was VERY responsive and professional. They came and solved the skunk problem within hours of our phone call. No thanks to Mr Raccoon!

I would not recommend this company. We felt very much cheated by them. My sister and I arranged for a roof replacement and thought we should get recommendation on how to deal with racoons and squirrels in the future after the roof is replaced. Gave them a call knowing that we may have to pay for consultation but didn't know it would cost us that much. They arrived and insisted that we need to spend $450 to set traps and doors on the roof to catch the racoon (if any) knowing that the roof will be replaced the next day (that means the traps and door will be taken down the next day). They used scare tactics and big words and insisted that the traps and one-way door must be set up prior to the roof was replaced. I was on the phone and my sister was pressured and gave the go ahead. When I found out, it was too late. I think they did that because there we were two old ladies who know nothing. Our roofer showed up the next day and at awe why someone can do that to older people. The traps and one way door is totally unnecessary. There goes our hard saved $450. I think they are dishonest and other people should be aware of them. Some people do anything for money.

Mr Racoon provided excellent after sales services. Despite fixing any openings outside of the house that they could find, and placing rat poison, a mouse returned after 2 months. But even though we already paid them the full amount, they came back promptly to remove the mouse and spent significant time to find any remaining openings to ensure that mice won't come back for a second time. I am very appreciative of their services. Other companies would have ignored customers' call after they already got paid. Mr. Racoon did take their warranty seriously and was committed to provide good services to their customers.

I have asked them to install metal mesh under the deck perimeter in Richmond Hill. I previously had a few raccoon visitors making a mess under the deck. I wanted a barrier to prevent them entering back to the deck. The crew showed up on time as promised. They completed the job as per our agreed quote on the phone. I was very satisfied with their professional service that I added extra services during the same visit, to protect the roof.
