Great price, efficient, and fast 100% recommend. I had a skunk that kept coming to my backyard and going through my trash it scared me and the wife since we let our dog out in the yard and didn’t want it to get hurt. I bought my daughter a pet rabbit and shortly after we encountered mice in our home. I did a search on online and came across Actual Pest Control. Due to the rating I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Arshad and he quickly came out to do an inspection the following day. He was very knowledgeable about the reason for having mice and suggested other steps we can to prevent further infestation. We decided to give it a try as he stood behind his product and promised us a 6 month month guarantee. He has visited us once since as part of his process steps to ensure that the product will s workjng. He has replaced quite a few because the mice had eaten them- I’m not surprised because we haven’t seen any mice and. Try little activity since. Had a really good experience with these guys. Had ants coming in the house from somewhere they came in and did such a professional job. Giving us all the heads up and telling us about all the preparation's we needed to take. I also had squirrels in my attic and they put up trap doors to prevent them from going back in the attic. These guys are really professional and timely orientated. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I've dealt with the owner and his two associates and they were all kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I don't think people realize that getting rid of cockroaches can take weeks! They have a guarantee for 3 months, they will come back as many times as you need, which is amazing. Bugs have cycles and it requires time to make sure you've gotten them all. Their price was reasonable and the problem was solved . I also love that this is a family run business and that they are so available, with very flexible hours. :)

He is a very rude and arrogant individual. He will address the issue the first time but if the rodents persist he will take every opportunity to blame the customer. His advice changes every visit to mimize his need to maintain his warranty. Very poor customer service. He tries to use intimidation and scare tactics against women to get us to not call him. He also tries to tell us when our warranty is up, rather than review our reciept. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not worth the money in slightest. I view it as money down the drain.

He work diligently to remove a bat from our house. Spent 2 hours looking for the bat that was then discovered at the top of our closet.
