I noticed bed bugs around my bedroom on last Saturday. I called that afternoon and scheduled a bed bug inspection for Monday. The inspection was quick and informative They were very communicative answering any questions we had. He sent over the contract via email that night. We signed it and sent it back the same night Hassle free inspection and contract services). A service was then scheduled for today Quick scheduling process from initial inspection to service). The account manager came out to perform the service as the normal service rep was off this day (Quality customer service).He was very professional, informative, and courteous. Looking forward to our continued service with them over the next 5 years. This is a professional business that values customer service.
