This company is despicable and deplorable! Beware of them, my advise take your business elsewhere. A local contractor Russ Eckley stated I needed a chimney liner kit for my gas furnace. He informed me the specific liner kit I needed. I went down to Lock City Co. offices and paid cash for it $295.01. They had to order it. It came in a few days later and gave it to the contractor. He called me a couple days later and stated he installed it. He charged me $150.00 to install it. I live in the country. When the local gas company came to turn on the gas it was still spilling over harmful carbon monoxide gases into the rental home so he had to turn off the gas. The contractor had taken the chimney liner kit back to the Lock City offices and they gave him the money instead without the receipt. I had the receipt for the liner kit. I requested my money back and they just laughed at me confabulating it was my tough luck. This dealer is a bullxxx dealer who does xxxx under the table!

It’s frustrating when you call there and the person that answers ask you what you need. You go through that process and then they send you to service desk. Then you have to explain all over again. You can call Parkers hardware and get helped with our having to transfer several times. Place hasn’t changed.
