We recently found water in our basement and because of the way Servicemaster took care of a previous claim for us at another house we called them again. Ray was very quick to respond and came out on a weekend to view the issue, brought fans and dehumidifiers to start the cleanup process, he then initiated the claim process for our insurance provider. Our insurance company totally dropped the ball and denied the claim on two occasions. Servicemaster sent both Ray again and Paul Depooter to try a third time to initiate the claim and this time we got results. Although we decided to take the settlement and did not did not get Servicemaster to renovate our basement, we did use them on our last issue we had in our home in Brights Grove. My wife and I found their workmen to be professional, courteous and efficient! What more can you ask for! Hats off to Paul and Ray as they went out of their way to help us in our recent issue. I will always call these guys when disaster strikes!!!

They lost a lot of my items including a gold necklace, the feet for my 55 inch TV, cords to plug my USB plugs in my bed to the wall, beaded earrings that were gifted to me from an indigenous elder who passed away among many other items. My table was reassembled with strange flat gold hardware that has no holes for any tool or Allen key to disassemble in the future (even though my screws and bolts were bagged and returned) Furniture was scratched... I was told my bedroom set would not be moved from my home and yet it was and was told I was lying about the scratches because the man showed me a single photo "he took before" to prove it was all "already damaged". When constantly asking about missing items I was told "your stuff won't just grow legs and walk away" even though multiple items which were not mine were returned in my boxes ???? and lastly they broke 2 lamps which they did replace but dealing with all of this after dealing with a house fire and having to live in a hotel with nothing for 3 weeks with my young son was miserable. I wish I was able to research and choose a different company but insurance didn't allow it. Definitely super disappointed.

ServiceMaster was there instantly to help guide us through a most stressful sump pump flooding failure. I don’t want to even think of what we would have done without their access to multiple resources. They provided extensive and valuable liaison with our insurance company. ServiceMaster quickly removed damaged materials, dried out and aerated our floors. They provided fans, heaters, drywall repairs, moulding replacements, laminate replacement, painting and the list goes on. We found all of the staff of ServiceMaster to be courteous, respectful and supportive. In a word, they are complete professionals.

I had to repeatedly call back to see when they'll be available to take a look at an issue I was having. After about a week of going back and fourth with phone calls and sending them messages, I was told that "At this point it may be easier to set up a site inspection for us to take a look but unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to inspect until the week of July 19 (almost 3 weeks away). And if any work needs to be done I don’t have an ETA for when we could complete that." Just say you're too busy for a small client so I can move on and contact someone else instead of wasting a whole week going back and fourth. Would not recommend.
