I am very unhappy with this companies service . This is fraud. They said they would do a service and if it isn’t done properly they would come back because this is a six month warranty. They lied. I called to let them know several times that we are still getting aunts there guy refused to come back to the house. I phoned the owner she kept saying she would call back and never did. Now this company has my money and they haven’t done a full service. The job was half done and they keep brushing me off when I ask them to come but they take 700 of my money. This company is not faithful to their clients.

Our tech has no idea what he’s talking about. Even a basic understanding of entomology would be expected from a service tech, but that’s not the case for us. I shouldn’t have to convince someone working for me to spray certain parts of my house. Especially when you can SEE the spiders. I’ve had more success with diatomaceous earth than using this company.

Great customer service. They first came out to dig out a yellow jacket nest near my garage. They came out the same day and gave us great care knowing my daughter is deathly allergic to bee stings. We have used them every year since for preventative. We are well informed and educated on products. Even got advice on do and don’ts to keep the insects away.

I called and talked to Ken regarding a yellow jacket or wasp problem I was having in my home. Ken took to the time to explain to me that given the time of year (December), that the reason these invaders were coming inside is because there nest was dying off and it would be wasting my money to have him come out and treat for them. I appreciate his honesty. Another pest control wanted to charge me 400 dollars to come out and dust and told me I would need to have them come out monthly for treatments at an additional nail 40 dollars a month. I will be having Ken come out this spring to treat my house and plan on using him for all my pest control needs in the future

I knew at that point that I needed to call a pest control service and thanks to a friend’s recommendation I chose Eco Pest Control. We were struggling with a skunk problem for weeks and it was turning into a fly problem so we decided that we had a dead skunk situation. Gross!!! None of the other companies we tried to get quotes from responded quickly or cared enough to stop by our house. A friend recommended Eco Pest and I gave them a call right away. They immediately gave us a quote and sent someone to come take a look in just an hour. Within 45 min of him arriving, the dead skunk was raked out, bagged, and taken away (although we had to provide the shovel, rake, and bag and luckily we had the right tools). He even taught us what to do to avoid any more animals crawling into the space. The cost ended up being a bit higher than the initial quote but it was still worth every penny. Our backyard no longer reeks of skunk and our kids can finally play freely. We are so grateful for Eco Pest. Thank you!!

Called regarding a reoccurring ant issue around the perimeter of my house but not a major issue inside. Let them know I had been spraying already. Ken explained given the weather and time of year I was unlikely to eliminate the problem surrounding my house and that the main goal was to keep them from coming inside which I thankfully had managed to do for the most part. Ken let me know that if the issue inside retuned he would be happy to come out but didn’t feel like I was at that point yet. He even gave me suggestions for what I could do outside to help with the spread. I would highly recommend this company based solely on the honesty, friendliness, and helpfulness of just one call. I will be 100% using them if needed in the future

After a no show from Terminix (a supposed reliable company), I found Eco Pest Control and left a message. Ken called back and scheduled for a couple of days later. He was responsive, and even educated me about what to look out for regarding possible carpenter ant nesting. Prior to arriving, he called to estimate an arrival time and was prompt.
