You will not find anyone more professional in this business than the owner Mike. He really cares about our circumstance. He came out the same day we called him and the solution to a raccoon problem started that afternoon .Everything was completely resolved in a humane way in less than a week. He does all the work necessary from the capture, to closing potential entrances to the final fumigation. His pricing is more than fair. You will not regret calling him. Thanks again!!

Honestly thought that I had a small bed bug issue. Terrifying right! Called Mike to come and do an inspection of my home. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed our issue to be dust mites. Thankfull that it wasn't bed bugs I questioned where they could be as I keep a very clean home. He found it within minutes. I cleaned the area with a steam cleaner and then vacuumed. No issues after that. Very happy with his quick response and knowledge in so many areas.

I used Cooper Pest & Wildlife Solutions when the new tenant of a rental home we own reported something was scratching through the ceiling between the first and second floor. Mike was very responsive when i called and went out to the home that day to assess the situation. When it was determined it was squirrels, Mike trapped them over several days and took them away from our property until they were all gone and finally closed up the hole where they were getting in. Since we don’t live in Sarnia where the home is, Mike interacted directly with the tenant on our behalf and kept us updated via phone and text including pictures! Highly recommend Mike and Cooper Pest and would use again though i hope i never need to :)

Called Cooper's based on his exceedingly positive google reviews... was not disappointed. Mike came out to our house in a very timely manner and conjured up his plan to safely capture and remove a family of raccoons from our attic. His plan was put into action and before we knew it, we had 4 babies and a mother raccoon live-trapped and on their way to being set free back into the great outdoors. His methods are very effective and he was more than happy to answer all of our questions. He also made sure we knew where the house's access point was on our roof, and how we should take care of it. Great service! Would definitely recommend Mike for your wildlife removal!

I have nightmare tenants in one of my apartments for the first time ever; liars, scammers, slobs, deadbeats . . . you name it. They stymied Mike's attempts to properly do his job on more than one occasion. Mr. Cooper (no relation) was extremely polite and accommodating. He made several attempts including taking the time to go there to see if they were ready for the full treatment - all gratis. He ended up recommending a temporary (and cheaper) solution until they're evicted. I will hire Cooper Pest & Wildlife Solutions again in a heartbeat although, respectfully, I hope I don't need to. ;)

Cooper Pest is a great company to do business with. I called and Mike showed up within 2 hours. He did an inspection of the Attic Area where we were having a problem with squirrels. Mike is the epitome of what a business should be. When I first found out one of my tenants brought bed bugs into my property I was distraught, stressed and quite frankly, scared. It turns out we had a massive infestation and although I felt hopeless, Mike walked me through step by step how to beat this problem. Through a combination of his treatment methods and following his pre and post treatment instructions, he was able to get rid of a massive bed bug infestation which I can promise you is no easy task. He visited my property multiple time for free just to follow up and give me updates as to how the infestation was progressing (with an infestation of this scale it takes weeks/months to get rid of). I cannot stress enough how helpful and professional Mike was. I found the price low considering the quality of service I had received although I did not price shop so I cant say if it was fair or not. I am convinced it was worth every penny, however. To anyone struggling with bed bugs in your rentals or your own home, give Mike a call asap and be assured that you are getting quality treatment and the best chance you have at getting rid of them. Called Mike about a large hornet's nest above our driveway. He was out to dust it a couple hours later. Explained to us that some of the hornets would be out of the nest and it would be best to come back and get it the next day. Very professional service. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Screaming Meemies Heard scratching, rustling and chirping noises in attic . One night all hell broke loose with screaming and screeching noises for hours. Called Cooper Pest and Wildlife Solutions next morning. Mike got back to us same day. After investigation of attic Mike concluded it was a Raccoon probably with babies . He set a trap and when he was sure the Raccoons were gone he repaired points of entry. Followed up with cleaning and disinfecting of attic.
