Called to see about someone coming out and take care of a really bad wasp/hornet problem I had. We were killing up to 20 bees a day in our home alone. The lady I spoke to was very nice and got someone to come out same day. But he did not take care of the problem at all. He did a petty little 2 sprays at where the suspected hornets nest was (wasn’t one even there) and said we have to take care of the inside problem ourselves (since they were getting in the house somehow). We called someone else and they not only inspected my house inside, they crawled under my house to find the huge nest under my bathroom sink. THEY did the job this company should’ve done to begin with. I shouldn’t of been charged over $150 for 2 sprays and a “can’t do anything about the inside of your house do it yourself.”

I will let last year go and just give my experience this year. Set up appt paid my 150.00 dollars they sprayed spiders and wasps on 7/10. 7/21 they came back out now I have issues with yellow jackets. I paid another 95.00 dollars. Today about a week later I have another wasp nest so I call and am told it's another 95.00 dollars..seriously so the 150.00 dollars means nothing for another 95.00?? every nest found they charge to come out. Not happy

I have used this company for many of their services over the past several years (septic cleaning, porta-potty rentals, spider and wasp sprays inside and out, mosquito abatement, chimney sweeping) and they have always provided quality service in a timely manner. Only once did I have a minor issue and one call rectified it above my expectations. Great customer service.

I use this company for lots of different things. I rent port-a-potty’s for my summer parties; I get my septic cleaned out every 3 years; I get my house and barn sprayed for spiders and wasps; I even needed weeding done when I was laid up with a broken ankle and even though they actually don’t provide that service typically, they took care of my gardens. I always call ABC before I call any other company, because they are always helpful and provide a great service. I highly recommend ABC Home and Commercial Services.

Absolutely insane (TOO BIZARE NOT TO READ). I called this joke of a company because I had at least (2) snakes living under - and often ON - my back step where I enter the house (makes a person a little uneasy), their website proudly displays ..."Animal Removal" *SNAKES*... in big bold letters (it's still there, check it out). Upon calling on June 22nd 2016 at 4:23PM, the first thing they asked is my address. This should have been a huge red flag to me, but I thought, "well, maybe they just need to know if they service my area". I asked about the snakes, and the answer was "Oh no. We do not deal with snakes at all. Do you know what kind they are? We have Rattlers in Michigan. They could get in your house!"........ Ummmm, OK then. Then, the lady proceeds to tell me that the snakes will just "go away" on their own if I remove their food source, which she presumes to be mice. I actually briefly considered that this might be a good idea to try. That is, until she told me the price ($175), which came with absolutely NO GUARANTEES!! I asked why they wouldn't guarantee it, and she said exactly this: "Well how could we? I mean, we have no idea how many you have ya know"......... Ummmm. OK then. So I asked if this was basically a guy who would come out for almost $200 and set mouse traps (same thing I could do), then after paying them, I may continue to have mice all over my house (if I had them to begin with). Mind you, this is to say nothing of the snakes that I actually called about, which I'd have gladly paid $200 to have humanely relocated (I don't really like killing things that aren't harming anyone). She said "yes", but that he has something I don't have: "knowledge and experience" (fair enough I guess), and that he "might" - but might not - even "advise me what to do about the snakes when he's there" (but NOT do anything about them), and that I was always welcome to call them back, and they'd gladly come out again for more money if their "treatment" didn't work. If this sounds to you like a good deal for both parties, you may want to check your negotiating skills, but I've not even gotten to the good part yet.... (space Limited - will prob continue under another name below) Clearly, I didn't want this service; it's not what I called about; it doesn't solve my problem; it's a no guarantee fix to an issue I'm not even sure exists! Yet, she starts asking, "Do you know what credit card you would be using, ya know, IF you did want service?"... WHAT??!! Thankfully, I didn't give her one (by the end of this review you'll have NO doubt there'd be charges on it). Then, she starts trying to set up an appointment for an unknown day in the future. I told her - without any possible miscommunication - "I work during the day, cant be there, it would have to be my mom who lives down the street, but she works also, so I WILL CALL YOU BACK IF I EVER WANT TO SCHEDULE ANY SERVICE". This couldn't have been misconstrued in any way, shape, or form. Nothing was ever even close to being scheduled....PERIOD. No mistakes, no "mis-wording" (except that I didn't tell them specifically to never talk to me again because I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever want your service!) Starting the next day, they start calling me. Over the next 4 days, they called DOZENS OF TIMES! Want an example? June 23rd 2016- (1) 09:35AM, (2) 11:17AM, (3) 11:59AM, (4) 12:39PM, (5) 1:36PM, (6) 2:01PM, (7) 2:16PM, (8) 3:07PM, (9) 3:34PM, (10) 4:29PM, (11) 4:53PM I never answered a single call. Not one. I did not want any services from them. I declined, declined, declined, even started picking up and hanging up. The calls continued. Well, today, June 27th, 2016, at 09:30AM, while I'm at work over an hour away, I get a call from my neighbor (we keep an eye out for each-other): "Hey Dave, do you have a guy who is supposed to be doing work on your house or something? There's an unmarked gray truck with a ladder in the driveway, and a guy walking around."

I have my house sprayed twice a year for wasps and spiders, i have a pretty bad wasp problem, for some reason they just flock to my house. The treatment works great. Prices are a little steep

I tried a bunch of home treatments for fleas and just couldn’t get the problem under control one treatment from ABC and we were finally flea free! The tech that came out was very friendly and professional even put covers over his shoes before coming into my house. Would definitely recommend!

Just used them for the first time for my daughters grad party and I will never order a porta-potty or sink elsewhere. The office is very friendly and helpful and the porta potty comes clean as well as the double sinks for outside use! filled with paper towel and soap, everyone was so happy about the sinks. Very happy and will be using them again for our future Halloween parties:)

We were pleased that the service person came out so quickly to bait and place traps for carpenter ants. The instructions were clear and the service agent was courteous and professional. He checked out our crawl space. $350 for traps and bait poison seems steep but we don't want the damaging ants and our treatments already tried of spot spraying and a barrier spray were not successful over a 3 month period. Check back in a month for update if refill of bait traps were needed or if we have had success. They will rebate and stated treatment should keep us ant free for 6 months. We hope!

We live in Harrison township near the water. we moved into out home during the fall, and I couldn't believe the Spiders. The following Summer we had a difficult time enjoying the outside due the bees, and spiders. Someone recommended ABC Bees, Spiders & Wasp. I was hesitant at first, but we tried them the following Spring, and had our home sprayed. That was over 10 years ago. We haven't had a problem since. I would highly recommend them for this type of treatment.

We have been using ABC news for many years now. We have never had a problem with this company, in fact, they are very professional, and they do a great job! The employees are knowledgeable and they are here when they say they are coming. We have the option of pre-paying or billed. I give this company a definite 5 STAR!!

Update: the manager reached out to me this morning and was incredibly kind. She is sending a technician back to my home tomorrow to look at my other bees. I appreciate the call and the concern, and it’s nice as a customer to be heard. After talking to her and how understanding she was I will continue to use this company. The way they quickly handled my issue says a lot about their strive for great service and I appreciate that. I wasn’t expecting to be contacted at all. I called and explained my bee issue to the receptionist, who was very friendly each time I called. I had to pay $165 before they would even come out to assess. I spoke to the gentlemen and told them my 2 issues, this was yesterday, they were here for a few minutes and treated one of my problems. I was outside this morning and saw the second issue which they claimed they didn’t see but it’s DIRECTLY next to where they treated yesterday. I called back and Shar gave me the option of paying another $205 just to schedule them to come back out. Ridiculous. The men were friendly and so was Shar but I definitely won’t be using them or referring them to anyone the pricing is outrageous and I will never again pay for work before it’s complete.

ABC got rid of the yellow jackets in my sons ceiling. We could hear the buzzing and didn’t know what to do. They came out right away and took care of the problem. Will use for all my bug problems from now on
