Suite aux évènements, j'ai refait appel au groupe Xterminateur pour un problème de Raton-Laveurs dans le grenier. Maxime est revenu chez moi pour quelque chose de beaucoup plus compliqué. J'ai rarement vu quelqu'un d'aussi coopératif pour m'aider à régler mon problème et ce, sans me charger à chacune des visites à la maison. L'animal étant très difficile a déloger et accéder, Maxime c'est montré très tenace et ma impressioné par ca tenativité à la vouloir règler le problème. Il est revenu chez moi par plusieurs fois pour coincé l'animal en utilisant différente technique. Il à aussi échangé sur un base régulière avec moi, ce qui ma grandement aidé à ne jamais me sentir laissé de côté avec mon problème. Son système de caméra nous a aussi permis de s'avoir par ou l'animal entré dans ma propriétée, ce que j'ai trouvé très novateur. Je lève mon chapeau au groupe Xterminateur pour ne jamais m'avoir laissé tomber et cela sans jamais me demandé d'argent supplémentaire. So the technician came to verify possible mouse problem 2months ago we found signs of presence and since his visite we haven’t had any other issues. Very nice , explained everything in detail, and very thorough with his inspection. I waited a couple of months before reviewing just to make sure they were gone for good.
