When I called, there was no availability in the day, but she called one of her guys that was in my area and there was cancellation so he could come right away. When the guy (I forget his name) showed up, he started with a full examination of the house, which was great because he told everywhere that mice where going where they didn't. He put the mice poison in strategic places and showed me where it was. He also examined possible rodent entries and told me about what he or I could do. Finally he also told me what to do if I hear any mouse again. He was knowledgeable, honest and professional, he answered all my question giving me explanation of what was happening and what he was doing. I would highly recommend their services.

Ryan was amazing. I called around at 1:30 pm on the Friday of a long holiday because I found a bald-headed wasp nest the size of a soccer ball in my front yard tree right beside my neighbours driveway and where my kids and dog like to play. Abell said the earliest they could get me in was the following Friday! CRAZY! Ryan was at my house 2 hours later and had the nest treated and wasps dead. Not only that, he took the time to educate me about wasps and did a check around my entire house. Fantastic customer service from the first call to the finished product!

I thought I had a bedbug problem and phoned Sawyer Pest Management because of the good reviews online. Ryan spent a fair bit of time consulting on the phone. I sent photos and we ended up deciding bedbugs were not the issue. Ryan could have arranged and charged me for a home inspection but he talked himself out of a visit by his honesty and care for the potential client. I will definitely be phoning Sawyer Pest Management when I do have a problem because of the trust Ryan has earned in this initial inquiry.

The owner spent 20 minutes chatting over the phone answering questions about carpenter ants and was very knowledgable. Offered more than enough information to make an informed decision. He was aware of the time of year carpenter ants would come out if it was a new case or an ongoing issue (i.e. a nest). Very transparent, did not feel pressured into making an immediate decision and told me to carefully consider several different factors before hiring him for his services. Instead Ryan answered the call, was at my home in less than 20 minutes, and removed a large bald faced hornets nest from the second story of my home before 5:30 pm. These guys are Awesome! I had literally placed a call and within 24 hours my issues were resolved. I even tried to give a small tip for the fast and professional service but was denied and the tip was handed back to my 5 yr old daughter to put in her piggy bank! Just had Ryan come and take care of a rather large hornet's nest that was under my eaves at the apex of the roof on the side of the house. Upon seeing the nest and the incoming / outgoing traffic Ryan immediately identified the residents to be Bald-Faced hornets - not what you want around your house and garden. Within half an hour or so Ryan had the nest neutralized. Ryan also gave me a quick education on the different types of wasps/bees/hornets and which are the ones to be concerned about. This man really knows his stuff and gives you confidence that he is going to take care of your problem in the right way. If you want excellent service at a reasonable price I would absolutely recommend Ryan.

We contacted Sawyer Pest Control to assess an issue in the basement where mice were entering.I have not had any experience with a pest control company so I went with all the online positive reviews and gave it a try. I was not disappointed in any way. Stefan did a thorough inspection and identified areas of concern where the mice could be entering. I had a yellow jacket infestation in my house between the bricks where the mortar had worn away. I've never had this issue before, and was concerned about the long-term problems this could cause. One morning, I could hear the sound of the wasps inside my house, so I called Sawyer Pest Management. Deb was phenomenal. She quoted me an exact price over the phone, and had an exterminator at my house within two hours. An hour after he arrived, the job was done and the yellow jackets were gone.
