Ohhh where do I start! The store is a mess! Ran by teenagers. No customer service at all! No prices on anything. And when you do get a price its way overpriced. The kids are too busy chatting with each other or on their phones. I love this store. But rather go into london to get what i need. When the flyer comes i call the day before to hear its out of stock. Whats the point.!!!! Sad. Wont shop here anymore.

Well I love Peavey / TSC . First time I this store and my last ..No senior staff around talked to this lazy kid about horse feed I need some .He watched me load on the cart lol walked away , then I get to counter she has no idea what's she is doing then asks someone they have no idea. Then I asked for a product and told me never heard of it lol ..Farm Store !!! Then going on about disclaimers on my bags of food after she made rip the tags off because she was too lazy to walk around .No one offer help to my car. I didn't need it but what about the person who does ? It was storming I assume they didn't want to get wet !! I'm all for young people working , but when you have attitude and ate lazy ahh NO ..This store is lacking management...I usually go to PEAVEY on Hyw 2 and they are FANTASTIC!!! cannot support local if they cannot meet your needs.

I love Peavey but this store is a disaster. Unorganized and a substantial amount of merchandise had no price. How do you expect shoppers to make purchases when there is no price tag? I felt bad for the staff scrambling to help customers and figure it all out. I won't go back to this location.

Simcoe store employees insist on ripping lot tags off of feed bags before selling to you because it's easier for them to enter the numbers into their system when checking you out. This is a big No-No, feed is not to be sold if the tag is off the bag and when I get home if I have multiple bags and there is a recall I have no way of knowing which bag is affected. I have mentioned this to employees many times as well as offered to read off numbers for them, most of them just act annoyed.

I have been shopping here for many years off and on, when other department stores don't have what I'm looking for my third stop usually is always TSC. Prices are normally alittle higher for some things in the automotive section and hardware. The last time I was in the store about a week from this post I had to try and hunt down an employee to ask if they had a certain type of fastener no one in sight except the cashier that was busy. I walked to the hardware isle with no luck , went to the next isle where there was a store employee talking with a customer , I waited till he was done showing interest that I needed help , after his brief conversation about 35-50 seconds he looked at myself and walked away .....I then proceeded to walk to the rear of the store near the automotive oil . No employee , I then walked to the front of the store where the young cashier pointed me to the isle I was already in. Long story short I spend alot of money as a business owner in Sault Ste Marie , being in the hauling and contracting business. That type of treatment is not expected coming from a store that was empty. Thus my rating of 3 stars , for product not for the employees. I hope this rating helps someone next time choosing a place to shop. I will still shop at TSC , and recomend it to those who know why they are looking for and from what isle , don't expect to be greeted with help without asking. KK

Scammers!! The store is designed to scam you!! They ripped me off on 4 different items! The first thing I noticed is that they do not have a customer facing screen. You cannot see the items they are ringing up, the quantity or price. My order total seemed a tad high, so I mentioned it to the girl, and she assured me it was rung up properly. I asked her to read the prices and I caught the first two that were wrong. She adjusted them and I thought that was it. I paid. I still had this sneaking suspicion that it was wrong, so I read the receipt as I left the cashier. I discovered the third mispriced item. At this point I was polite but firmly told the girl behind the returns counter that this was not ok. They should not have wrong prices on the shelf. She repeatedly blamed the new employee at cash for not catching it. I could NOT believe it! I told her blaming the new employee was not cool, so did she stop?... no, she doubled down and did it more! At this point I had enough of them, so I told them I just wanted the money back for that item. They asked for my phone number, and I told them I don't give anyone my phone number, they should not need it as I had not left the store and did nothing wrong. They stated they would not refund me then. When I told them to use any number, and they still refused to refund me, I started to get a bit irritated. And restated that "yes, they WILL give me my money back". Fortunately the duty manager came over at that point, and though his customer service was not great, it was not horrible, and he did refund me. As I was driving home, I thought.... you know, I did not make it down to the end of the receipt. I looked again, and lo and behold, there was another item where they ripped me off another $10. I went back, and because it was after closing, they would do nothing for me but state that if I wanted my money back I would have to drive back the next day. Upon questioning, they would not offer up an alternative, and made no good will gestures. Needless to say, I will avoid TSC. They will try to rip you off. TSC is not part of the Retail Council of Canada. There is a reason for this!

Well located easy to access store in the east end of St Thomas close to highway three bypass. Friendly staff and clean store. Large bird seed section. lots of parking on site and not hard for large vehicles to enter exit as it has two separate street entrances.

Have a sale on 56L Cedar Mulch $2.99/ea. and Top Soil $1.50/ea. - Great Deal !! And there were 2 young lads there that loaded my car in no time at all (purchased 20 of ea.) and they were both extremely helpful and pleasant !! And if you have a cat or multiple like myself, their brand of 22.7kg box of scoopable litter for $9.49/ea. which also is a good deal and personally, the TSC brand being my first choice !! One of the girls inside the store, also very helpful and pleasant, loaded 2 boxes on a cart for me and put it in my vehicle !! Being a person with disabilities, I am extremely grateful when assistance is given without hesitation and, in a pleasant manner. Thanks again !! ????????????????????????

$50 for a pair of windshield wipers that fell apart within two months? Every day retail prices on most things (like Canadian Tire) are ridiculously high. The variety is fair but has a long way to go. A good place to shop only for things that are on sale, but make sure you check elsewhere for better deals before buying as even the so called sale prices can be deceiving.

Have gotten some really good deals and high quality boots for cheap that way. Same goes for their work wear if you find them on sale there can be great deals to be had. Pretty good selection, but you'll probably need to ship somewhere else for Tractor Supplies. The biggest problem is that they seem to just not care much anymore. Older staff can't be bothered to help, and the energetic and helpful younger staff aren't experienced enough to be that helpful (though they have great attitudes and will help carry or lift anything). Also, shelves are an absolute mess and nothing is where it should be. TSC has gone a bit downhill in the past few years. I'm interested to see if they will improve under new management, or if it'll just be the same under a new name. Edit: it's exactly the same today as it was under the TSC name.

Just started shopping here again early last year when it was getting cleaner. But it's once again become a mess that I'll no long shop in. There is so much clutter it's overwhelming. The staff and manager at this location are absolutely wonderful. They remember customers and make them feel valued and appreciated. Have run into a couple of instances where they were sold out of an item in the flier and have been happy to provide rain checks or order the order online for you. TSC stores aren't what they used to be. TSC used to be your go to place for nuts & bolts and general hardware not stocked in traditional hardware stores. Now they border on a general department store selling clothing pet food etc and everything but what you used to be able to find there. And really even if you just need nuts & bolts anymore their selection is so limited and usually not kept stocked up that you have to go to a specialty shop to get that stuff anymore. But if your looking for a good deal on stuff like solar lights then TSC is the place to go. LOL. They sure have lost their way from their roots as as a farm supply company know as Tractor Supply Company.

Don't trust their stock. I just drove 25 minutes to pick up two items (both which show as in-stock). When i got to the store, neither was available. I asked one of the staff to help me find them. He knew off the top of his head that they were not in stock (I obviously wasn't the first person to come in looking for this), and said they were probably stolen, but they haven't bother updating their inventory. Thanks for wasting my time and gas!!

This store is incredibly unorganized. There are no pricing on anything. Things are mislabeled and in wrong locations so you never know cost of items and they are always short staffed and running around aimlessly so getting help with locating items is impossible... 45 minutes to buy a dog bed and after 2 items being labeled the wrong price and no-one to help locate items I walked out empty handed

I like TSC. They have so many neat things that you'd never image the store to have. The pricing is some times a little high however for the most part, is very reasonable. I purchase a lot of cracked corn from this location and have always been offered help with carrying my items out to my vehicle. The issue that I do have, is that sometimes they lack having product in stock and they often lack help at the front end of the store and redirect me to use the customer service desk instead of the cash line. This is frustrating as it is hard enough to direct their big red carts (but I do like the new carts for bringing my little one in the store).
