Super nice guy that came out to get our ants. Knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend these guys if you need a pest control service. I was amazed at how expensive some of the other places were for the same service.

Our family has used Pest Protection Services for over 5 years now since moving into a century old home. When we first moved in we experienced an overwhelming problem with ants, mice and even bats. Over these years we have met the owner and several staff members. All are extremely knowledgeable, professional and incredible service providers. We haven’t had a problem with bats or ants since, and we regularly use Pest Protection Services as a preventative service to protect our home from mice. I have highly recommended PPS to our neighbors and several of my friends in St. Thomas and Ontario. Very impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and care!!

Very professional on all levels of a business. Friendly knowledgeable employees whom have respect for your property, pets and discretion. Show compassion to the homeowners worries and will definitely put your mind at ease. Had Pest Protection to my personal home and loved the fact that the vehicles/employees are not travelling advertisement. My neighbor's had no idea like they would of with other companies. Gave both my wife and I a sense of peace. We use Pest Protection for our home and three rental units in London on a regular basis. Not only for the nuisances that arise but for prevention aswell. Definitely do not hesitate to call this company, even if you simply have questions or concerns about a problem. The owner is compassionate and friendly. Its hard to find a business that actually cares about you and not your wallet.
