We had a really bad wasp problem outside AND inside our house. John was able to quickly and affordably get rid of them. He is very friendly, knowledgeable , and well priced. They also offer a garuntee that if your problem isn't solved the first time they will come back no charge. I would highly highly recommend this company for ANY pest issues!

They removed an underground wasp nest for me on short notice. They were the only service I found who was willing to treat and remove the nest on the same day, and then treat the area to kill any returning wasps. Other services wanted to do these two steps on two different days for a much higher price. I will definitely be calling PPS again. Thanks for the great work! UPDATE 2020: They removed another wasp nest for me this year, this time inside the wall of my house. Same professional, prompt service at a fair price, problem solved on their first visit. I highly recommend PPS.

Rapid, friendly and caring service. Well versed, effective and efficient. We had a baby raccoon fall a far distance from the ceiling of our clinic overnight on the Civic Holiday and he was scared and potentially injured. This service responded with care and compassion because all of our staff wanted to ensure that this wee one would be released safely. Adam was the one who arrived in short order on a holiday Monday and was amazing with lil Rocky. I also talked to John at this company and both of them love raccoons and have raised many themselves after they could not be released. Many other companies, including Animal Care and Control in London, will gas captured raccoons to death so you can trust this company to not do that! If you care about wildlife, contact this company for its professional capabilities and ethics.

I called about a wasp nest that established in my exterior wall via the brickwork. It was a very active nest and it got bad enough that they were getting into my house somehow. It was the long weekend and I called other companies who said they could come by in a week or so. I called John and he said he'd come by that afternoon after he finished a different job. He was very polite, professional, and thorough. He arrived on time and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the treatment. He's an extraordinarily friendly person and his prices are very competitive, even on short notice on the long weekend. I recommend you at least call him if you have a pest problem because his prices beat the competition and he provides outstanding service.

I was so impressed with their customer service that I had to write a review. Pest Protection services was the most professional, affordable, have to stress affordable, helpful, and most importantly helpful company that I have ever worked with. What made me choose this company is also the fact that they have a 1 year warranty of coming back to remove the pests if they ever return. The owner of the company, John will personally connect with you to make sure all of your needs are met. He came in and did a free inspection, being very patient with all the questions I had. Then when they came to do the treatment, they gave us very easy to follow yet specific instructions to prepare. We had a bed bug problem and after their treatments they were completely gone, never came back again. Their price is the also the MOST affordable you will probably find in all of Ontario. Nothing bad to say about this company, only great things. I also had another 5+ companies come to our house and do inspections.. all charged us ridiculous amounts and didn't even do a proper search, and their pricing was over thousands of dollars. So many companies try to rip you off with these things. Anyways, thanks again to Pest Protection!

I was so impressed with the service. I called and spoke to someone who came the next day (my apologies I didn’t catch his name). He was friendly and polite and wore a mask. Our mice problem was dealt with and I haven’t heard any activity in our attic since. Highly recommended!

John is very friendly and trustworthy. He took care of a wasps nest in our roof/ wall. He explained everything as he goes along. Very affordable and guarantees his work! I would highly recommend him for any pest control!

I called this company and talked to John. I explained about my problem that was birds in the exhaust vents. I clearly mentioned 4 and I clearly said 'birds'. Two days later they were supposed to come and remove the birds. Two guys showed up to just joke around and say they were told by the boss that quarrels were in the vents. And that I had told just 2 vents. As they didn't have tools (I was really surprised that they weren't carrying tools as if they had come window shopping), they were supposed to come the next day. The next day I called (not John called) to find out that they were asking for more money and that the job is very difficult and blah blah blah. I had called several companies and eventually decided to go with these people but they asked for double as much the initial quote of $250. John started by saying 'Yeah this is a very difficult job and so ...". They're like those who quote you less to rip you off later. Avoid this company. I was very disappointed just because I had to start calling those I had called earlier to hear from them that they could get my job just because I was shopping around.
