My lawn was pretty much gone with a tiny section by my house still green grass. He came 2 years ago and said that that the little bit of lawn remaining would be gone by the end of that year. It looked terrible. With a lot of guidance and of course hard work on my part, Tim shared his experience to turn a weed fest into a lush green lawn. He comes at the correct times during the seasons and does spot checks to stay on top of pests. His knowledge kept my lawn green throughout this entirely dry 2020 summer and continues to give me tips on how to maintain my lawn. Great company to deal with. Our lawn was toast in the spring and with Tim’s help we had things swung around for our mid August wedding in our yard. We still have improvements to make next year but Tim was very upfront and honest about the fact that our lawn was going to need a couple seasons of proper care and maintenance to get to where we want to be. Fantastic company. Only ones that came and dedicated face to face time to explain all the process and how they work. Tim shared with us his “recipe” for a nice lawn and in 3 weeks my lawn passed from being a sad bunch of dandelions to a green and healthy grass. Still things to do, but I’m very impress with the results and the care they take of my lawn. I will totally recommend them. Also, having small kids, we wanted to get the lawn care from a company that it’s eco friendly. The 5 stars are not enough to describe how happy we are.

We moved in late fall and had other things on our mind besides lawn care but when spring arrived we knew something had to be done quickly. Yesterday I noticed upon arriving home that the crows were eating our lawn. I lifted up the grass in the small area and noticed a grub. I posted to my Facebook and a friend suggested this company. I called left a voice mail and this morning the call was returned. The man spoke to me about team work and working together to tackle the issue and if we didn't work as a team he wouldn't work with me. (Time is valuable, I understand) I could go to other companies but wouldn't get what needed to be done properly but would with this company. I than asked about the cost in which he replied with "You aren't the customer for me". I don't need to look for customers they come to me so if your shopping prices than I won't work with you. I was honestly surprised with his response, told him that and he said he didn't mean to hurt my feelings ( shocked was all I was feeling) My feelings weren't hurt I just thought it was extremely unprofessional. For future reference, when a customer calls and asks about pricing (doesn't mean they can't afford it) discuss with them how much, what it includes and what steps moving forward in the coming years will be because at the end of the day it's the customer paying for your services out of their pocket your just helping them do the work.

Really great company to work with, call them up if you are looking for an amazing group of professionals to help with your lawn care. In the past we have been trying to get a decent lawn for over 10 years and have pretty much tried everything ourselves: seeding, sod, fertilizers, new soil, etc. We finally decided that we needed some extra guidance and a plan to follow. We had chinch bug a few years back and called Grass Catchers. They came and assessed our lawn. It was in pretty bad shape and educated us in what we needed to do to get it healthy again. To help save in costs they advised in what we can do on our own each year to keep it healthy while they apply the appropriate nutrients (not chemicals) that are needed. 3 years later we still work with them (yes ...they actually work with their customers not just tell them what they are going to do and then charge you). Our lawn is always commented on by our neighbors. Highly recommend this company.
