The owner was very professional, considerate and thoughtful towards our concerns. The professional arrived on time, and interacted in a kind appropriate manner. They carefully assessed the situation and responded the right way. I thought we had Hornets which were actually Honey Bees (I didn't know because I didnt get that close to them). They were fair by letting me know and provided me the information I had not been aware of. They did not charge me for anything because they did not need to do any actual work. The Bee Keeper (not company related) came and successfully retrieved the bees and brought them to the right home. Wonderful overall experience!

My kid had gotten snug by a wasp. So many in my yard I knew I need to do something. A coworker recommended Durelle. Connor was so great. They were able to fit me in with short notice. Friendly and so knowledgeable about wasps a a yellow jackets. He made my kiddo laugh from watching him spray. The wraps are gone and we can play our backyard safely now. Thanks folks!
