We had a basement room that had some water damage issues. Jeremy responded immediately to my initial call and was able to meet with me to inspect the problem and provide a reasonable quote for remediation. The crew arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job cleaning up. They carted off all the debris and left the place immaculate. Jeremy followed up with me to ensure the work was satisfactory. All in all our experience with Servicemaster was a good one. I’d definitely use them again.

We were very satisfied with their work! Our basement got flooded, and after we contacted our insurance, Andrew was prompt in getting to our house. Right away, he sent his crew to dry the basement and take off the affected flooring area the night of. They came the following days to take off the rest of the carpeting in the basement. Andrew, Jason and the team looking after my property were nothing short of stand up professionals. After getting called at 6 am by a tenant about a leaking hot water tank, I quickly googled basement floor restoration and luckily called Service Master. They came promptly and started the process of removing all the water in the basement followed by putting in air scrubbers. Thankfully, Service Master was an approved vendor by my insurance company to complete the full basement gut and restoration. His team did a bang up job with my finished basement and stood behind their work coming back a few times to fix missed items. Easiest 5 star rating I’ve given.

We contacted ServiceMaster Restore of Niagara on the recommendation of a friend, and we are so glad we did. We were out of province and had to remotely arrange emergency waste cleanup from the house interior. ServiceMaster Restore of Niagara responded, outside of regular business hours, and was able to respond to our call immediately. The house was cleaned perfectly within a very short time and back to normal. ServiceMaster was so fantastic that we didn't hesitate to call them again a few days later when we had a second cleanup issue arise. Their response was speedy, their cleanup was very thorough, and everyone we spoke to was amazing to deal with. Their great 24-hour service made all the difference to us, and we can't thank them enough for their help!

I’m only giving them one star despite being very happy with the quality of work. They lose the rest due to delays and issues that caused me lots of time, money and sleepless nights. The kicker for me was I signed their last cheque with the understanding that everything was finished then found out there were still open permits. The owner actually denied knowing about this... to me that’s inexcusable that the manager of the entire reno project would not know this. Was it another lame excuse or was he so busy with other projects he left this one unfinished? I will never know for sure but I have to say I’m really disappointed with how things went down and therefore would not give my recommendation to anyone to use this company.

Our fence in our back yard was blown down during the Wind storm event in our area devastating countless homes and businesses. ServiceMaster contacted us the day we spoke to our insurance company, came and assessed the damage, coordinated the contractor and the insurance company. We used Service Master Restores services when my sisters basement flooded back in July. It was an all around great experience! We were lucky enough that just as I was pulling into my sisters driveway at 11:00pm, one of the owners (Andrew) was pulling into the plaza across the street in his bright yellow truck. I walked over to ask him a couple of questions about the claims process and what needed to be done. He offered to come take a look at the damage and provided his professional opinion. I was thrilled with Servicemasters Niagara. They were extremely discreet and positive. They helped with cleaning and sanitizing a basement that was abused by cats without litterboxes. The resident is happy with her clean house and the cats are happy with their new litterboxes. It's a win win. Can't wait to have them over to clean and sanitize the rugs and furniture. We had a fire and lots of water from the sprinkler system in our building on the evening of Good Friday. We called Service Master and Ryan had his team on site within 60 minutes! The right team with the right equipment ensured minimal damage to the property. Ryan had solid advice on key next steps, and had his team was available for whatever we choose to do. Just what you need in an emergency situation. I would highly recommend Ryan and the team from Service Master.

Outstanding service! In July my basement flooded. I called ServiceMaster Restore Niagara. Justin Callon and his team came after hours and worked for hours (cheerfully, despite having so many calls for help around the region). They extracted water, moved furniture, removed the wet carpeting and set up a dehumidifier and fans to dry out, then sanitized everything.
