Jonathan and his crew were amazing. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. They were determined to make sure nothing was missed. They took extra care to assure the lot of plants we put in the day they were here were washed down to avoid harm from their roof spray. The work was painstaking because our windows are mostly irreplaceable lead glass (both exterior and inner storm). They made every widow in our large, old home shine like new crystal. To boot, they were polite and super helpful when it came to getting all our garden furniture (and we have a lot it) back where it needed to be for an evening event. For a gigantic, turn of the century home with a lot of of delicate, irreplaceable features (windows and exterior tile), their dedication and skill was the ticket to bringing this aging monarch back to life. We met Jonathan and his crew when they were washing our next door neighbour's house. Jonathan came over and cleaned a small section of our siding to let us see the before and after... it was a significant difference, as our old aluminum siding was covered in years of oxidization, giving it a whitish look. He then gave us a very detailed a la carte estimate - separating out pricing for siding, windows, soffits, eavestrough cleaning, etc. I liked that you could pick and choose the services you wanted. We chose to have all the siding and soffits, trim, etc. cleaned and on the day of, they showed up and washed the house thoroughly. It was a big job for them as the siding was in such a bad state of oxidization that they had to go over it a few times. Even though it took them longer than expected, they completed the job with smiles on their faces and maintained a professional attitude throughout. We were very happy with the services they provided and will be having them back to clean out our eavestroughs once the leaves have fallen. I would highly recommend Paradisus Window Cleaning... they are professional, polite and a pleasure to have around.

We had the expectation that the tracks would be wiped, however they were not even touched. We called to ask about this and they said it was a courtesy that they would wipe the tracks if they had time. We found black gunk on our window sills and all over my kids furniture. We appreciated that our windows really needed to be cleaned and it certainly was a tough job but getting black debris all over my kids furniture created a whole new cleaning job for me plus I still had to clean the inside of the windows myself so we were not happy.

Truth be told - we hadn’t thoroughly cleaned our windows for years. It was a pretty ugly job. But Paradisus makes it look like we are looking through brand new glass. We contacted them on a Wednesday morning, they responded in half an hour and actually came out to quote us the very same day. We thought the price was fair and the crew was working two hours later. They were a pleasure to deal with. They also repaired the screens on our patio doors to a higher “kid proof” grade. Some windows and eavestroughs were pretty high and they cleaned them out thoroughly. Definitely will use them again

Save your money!!!!! Had to redo all upper windows due to streaking. Lower windows were okay but still needed some wiping to remove minimal streaking at bottoms of glass. New glass railing installed the day before and cleaned for any streaking afterwards. Post window cleaning I had to redo all of this glass.

Jonathan is a man of his word and demonstrates integrity, a rare quality in todays world. In the summer of 2020 his team cleaned the moss off of our steel roof. Some of the moss did not come off after the treatment even though the rain and snow was supposed to loosen it over time and it would eventually come off. Jonathan came back out to our home this spring to inspect the job and removed the stubborn moss and did not charge us. This is the second time we we used your services. No issues with the first. As already discussed, the outside electrical plugs stopped working and our freshly reseal of our driveway was left with steaks. After discussion you agreed to come take a look the following day. I paid the bill in full on day of completion. Following day you did come and said the rain was making it worse and therefore it was obvious the seal on the driveway. Well when the rain dried all that was left was your streaks. As for the outlets, did everything you suggested and more, called the electrician and he confirmed what we thought. Guess we should have waited to pay till resolved. In the line of work that my husband and I are in we always take full responsibility for anything that could by our error and if we know it isnt but could be we help with the solution for great repeat satisfied customers.
