I was really impressed with the bat exclusion service provided by Aanteater Pest Control. Its technician Kaya came to my home in a timely fashion. He was courteous and respectful. Kaya thoroughly explained what needed to be done to rid my home of bats. His initial investigation and estimate process was free of charge. A date was booked to do the work and the technician sealed all possible bat entry points to my attic. This included a bat exclusion cone installed at the obvious entry. Soon afterwards I had new roof shingles installed. Aanteaters followed through by having Kaya return to screen off the new roof vents as a precaution against further bat intrusions. I was very pleased with the trustworthiness, service, and diligence provided by Aanteaters. Please note that I had several previous estimates done prior to choosing Aanteaters. By comparison the Aanteater price was very reasonable and the results are excellent. I highly recommend Aanteater Pest Control and Wildlife Services Inc.

Aanteater was great! They came to deal with carpenter bee destruction along the roofline of our house that exceeds 40 ft. in height and has a grade to boot, making ladders really hard to use. They took stock and determined that they'd do a better job at less cost to us using a high-pressure delivery system from the ground rather than the usual short shot with multiple ladder moves. They came back as promised a few days later and did the job quickly and effectively (no sign of carpenter bees since). The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Their long warranty gave us peace of mind.

As did 2 other animal removal companies they explained the process of skunk removal from under our front stairs. 10 days afterwards they returned to remove the exit gate for the skunk (built so it could not return) and fenced off the area so it could not return. The worker was friendly, professional and efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

I just recently moved into the house, only to find out that they were groups of ants, pavement ants is what Michael called them, Michael assured me they will be hone permanently and to give it maximum 30 days for it to work. Great company to deal with, prompt response to email and phone calls. I used them for a carpenter ant issue that needed a few visits to solve. They came back and honoured the 1year no live ant warranty when I saw some more ants the following year. The employee that came was very knowledgable and took obvious pride is his work, that is really great to see. They were as through as possible this final visit, insisting to go over everything again just to make sure this finished them off. Would use again and will recommend to friends and family.

Called to have racoons removed from the attic. The price was just over $1000 for the service. They were up in the attic for a while but told us they could not remove the racoons as they can't reach them. So I guess they don't have proper tools for the job?? All they did was install square mesh over every roof vent drilling into the shingles. This company has absolutely no idea what damage that causes. They also ruined the fascia and soffit by drilling and attaching the square mesh to it. They built a one way cage that was supposed to trap them but never worked. I had to go on the roof and silicone every single screw they put in. I just spend $20,000 on a new roof because we started to get leaks from the holes. They told us they would leave on their own. So for weeks we heard screeching noises throughout the night and the feces and urine they left was disgusting. Now I need to change out the insulation. They might be good are eliminating ants but when it comes to racoons they will take your money and give you excuses. Stay away from this company. Don't be fooled with their colorful company vans showing racoons. If you want to save money they will eventually leave on their own. You can then install bird spikes on your downspouts so they don't climb up again.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience!!! I wish I could rate them ZERO. Unprofessional people, dishonest company. Bad customer service. Paid almost 1K for squirrel removal from the attic. ( "Warranty" 5 years NO living squirrels or racoons in attic).. 2 weeks later squirrel back on the attic! I called the company spoke to Roger the Bed Bug specialist not wild life removal!!! To fix the unfinished job Roger asked me to pay more! Do your research and let company who specializing in roofing and wild life to do squirrels or racoons removal. This company is unprofessional.. Aanteater is pest control company. DID NOT FIXED JOB - they got paid for! I was asked to pay extra for the job was guaranteed per contract : squirrel removal! We had to hire someone else to fix the job. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!!!

this company is the worst. Many promises from the owner Roger. He told me he would have my outside pest problem fixed within a month. After a month when the pest got worse he said he can never say that the pest will be gone completely. Really why did you say that and get me to sign up for a year. They only came a few times. After the year I called another pest removal company who did the job proper. Not like this company. DO NOT USE

After 2 mths of attempting to rid the rats in our home ourselves we finally called for help. We wasted our time, money (snap trap, Canadian Tire poison) and patience for nothing. We called Aanteater and they placed bait station in all the spots we heard activity and then some. After 1 month we they were gone. They did a great job and spared no expense.

I am giving two stars for their great customer service and prompt response. Unfortunately my bed bugs problem didnt resolve with their dusting method. they treated 5 times already. I asked the tech if they can try any different treatment because every time they come they use the same powder and it’s not helping. He said they only use dusting method which didn’t work me. I am so sick and tired of all the prep work and contacting them again and again. I am not calling them again. We just wasted our time and money with them so won’t recommend for bed bugs treatment.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! I had 5 or 6 bedbug treatments done it’s been 3 or 4 months since my first treatment and I have found another live bedbug. They assured me their treatment is the best and everyone should really only need 1 treatment it’s so effective but they do 2 always to be sure. They insisted 3 treatments is very rare and anymore unheard of. Well my bugs are still not gone! Not only that the powder they use which they claim is so safe you can eat it burns my nose and throat if their dust is disturbed and breathed in my oldest child complains about the dust hurting to I have young children who aren’t old enough to even speak to say how they are affected. These people make a lot of promises about how great their treatment is but can’t but can’t deliver don’t waste your money doesn’t work. Not sure about other pests but bed bugs they can’t get rid of them.

"Aanteater was recommended to me by my daughter based on her experience. The technician came promptly and gave a detailed written quote to remove a squirrel from my family room ceiling without charge. A day or so later I decided to go ahead and an appointment was made to have the work done. Michael turned up on time, did the work efficiently (even managing some extra gratis!) and explained what he did. He was very pleasant to work with! A week later a supervisor turned up, also on time, to remove the one way trap and inspect Michael's work. Another week later the squirrel is hanging around the garden (looking quite annoyed!!). I hope I never have to test the warranty given!!!!!

Laura was extremely helpful in explaining the process and guarantee over the phone and was able to book an appointment for my house the following morning even though I called late in the afternoon. Ryan showed up right on time the next day, asked a few questions about where the ants were most commonly found, and then was in and out in about 25 minutes. We had to be out of the house for 4 hours but when we returned there was no odour and the house was exactly as we left it, although with far fewer ants crawling around. Highly recommended if you are experiencing an invasion of carpenter ants.

We've been using them for the last 4-5 years. We back on to a green space and had issues with mice in the house when we first moved in but now we've not had any issues since. I was witness to the extermination of wasps. First off I believed the job was not done at the appropriate time of day, as the job should be done at dusk or before dawn to ensure all wasps are home.
