Nick was great. He knew I was in a panic because I saw a mouse in the house and he came right away. He inspected the house, place several enclosed bait stations and booked a time to come back. I also like that his vehicle does not have his business name on it. I really did not want my neighbours to know. I just hope that when he comes back, the problem is gone.

Nick was able to come with short notice on a Sunday. He was on time, friendly and professional. Covid precautions taken as well with a mask on. He answered our questions with confidence and it was evident he has a great knowledge on pest control. After he set up the bait traps that day, there was a significant decrease of “activity” even the day after and 2 days later there was none and there has been none since. Thanks Nick!
