I have used them for 2 separate house termite inspections and have continued to use them for our quarterly treatment to keep bugs out of my house. They are very knowledgeable of the types of bugs and how they behave. When I had some dead “winged friends” show up under my window, Matt came over, explained what they were, where they came from, then did an strong treatment in that specific area to make sure everything was protected. They are very honest and trust worthy. I have no second thoughts about them using the access code I gave them to treat my home while I am not there. I highly recommend them for any pest issue. They will be up front, honest, and get the job done.

Had Preferred out to do a termite treatment when my wife and I bought our house. Matt did a great job and explained what he was doing as I observed the process. Later, had Shaun out to help with the first round of a quarterly treatment to help against normal pests. Perry runs a tight ship and happy to have the Preferred truck in front of my home. Happy to have access to Preferred for preventative treatment as opposed to reacting to something down the road, but I know they will be there should the need arise.

We have a bit of a spider issue, they have been wonderful to work with ease our spider frustrations. Caulin and Matt are absolutely wonderful, working with us on how we can make the treatments more effective before and after treatment. Caulin knocked down all of our mud dauber nests on the house yesterday when he treated the outside! We might also have a bit of a wasp problem too, the pests love us UGH!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Will never recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Spent $45 for a 20 min inspection, 15 minutes of it all they talked about was pricing and options. Good luck to whoever is foolish enough to go through them.

Preferred pest has a wonderful staff that are always helpful, professional, and caring. Their treatments have helped my property tremendously. Whenever a rainfall washed away the mosquito treatment, they came back within days to spray again. They inform you of the places they treated the most and do a thorough inspection of the property.

We purchased a new home that was built in an area that was previously an open field, and have caught a couple of mice in the unfinished portion of our basement where the furnace and sump pump are located. We called Preferred Pest Control to ensure that we didn't have a larger problem on our hands, and to see what solutions they might be able to offer. Matt arrived at our house and did a thorough investigation to determine if and where we might have some activity, and to also identify where the mice might be getting inside. After hearing our options we went with Matt's suggestions, and after three weeks we are completely satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend Matt and Preferred Pest Control to anyone that thinks they might need some help.

I called Preferred Pest control from Louisville KY because I found information about the type of bug in my home on their website. The pest control service I had been receiving in KY was good, but there was little information know about the type of infestation I had in my home. The lack of knowledge did not give me comfort that the extermination process was going to be successful. Sean was so informative and was kind enough to talk with me extensively on the phone about our specific pest issues. He also provided really helpful advice and guidance on the best approach to take.
