Their customer service is beyond ridiculous! I cancelled my package specifically because of their customer service. I was promised a date to start the treatment if I made the payment by a certain time. As soon as I paid for the entire season I was told that date was not available but it would be if I paid 100 dollars extra! I was told the lady tried to call me (note that all communication before was emails with no problems). There was not a single missed call or message. Then this rude lady say “Had you provided the correct information from the beginning this would never have happened”. Are you kidding me??? I waited for the quote for days even though the initial email said 24 hours. I tried working with them but it became too much. I am sure there are other companies out there with good product and better customer service. This company is just not reliable!!!

Since getting Mosquito Squad, I actually don't mind weeding my many flower gardens. I haven't gotten a single bite. I have a terrible reaction to mosquito bites, and have scars from them that last forever!! Also, the grandkids can be playing in the yard without me being concerned about them getting all bit up. It's a wonderful service, and I hope we can always get it. Also, they always listen to my concerns and are very responsive to my desires on which areas I would like special attention paid to.

Mosquito Squad's services are the difference between being able to go outside during the day and being trapped inside without fully applying bug spray. To be 100% honest, it does not control our property from late dusk to just before midnight. But to be fair, we literally live on a swath of land between two (albeit very pretty) swamps. I'm realistic and we have not been disappointed. We have no mosquitos during the day, all the way until deep dusk and for that I am very, very grateful.

Their customer service is horrible could not get ahold of them for two weeks when I wanted a quote. Then the first guy who sprayed it never worked. They sent a second guy who did a fantastic job. It worked great then 3 weeks later when they came to spay again I have it on camera the guy never sprayed the whole yard 4 days laters the mosquitoes where trying to carry me away again. Took 4 days to get ahold of customer service they said the guy was here spraying for 15min I even sent them the video that he was here for 4 min to spray .75 of a acre. Takes me that long just to talk around it. Customer service would not do anything about it. They say 21 days if you’re not 100% satisfied they will re spray no they will not. Don’t use them!

Evidently Mosquito Squad doesn't need the business! (I wouldn't give them any stars if the system would allow it.) I called three times and asked for a quote to spray our yard - and not a difficult lot, at that. For some reason, they had no interest in responding to my request for a quote... just kept putting me off, telling me it would be 2-3 days before they could send one out. Really? In this fast paced world we live in. It's now been over a week and they haven't bothered to call me or send me a quote - and probably never will. VERY DISAPPOINTING...and I'll tell everyone I know about my experience.

With this Mosquito Squad service you can regain a lot of outdoor evening fun activities without worry about the constantly irritating mosquitoes. We can even read a book on our deck on a warm evening and after dark - amazing and wonderful and worth every penny - !!!

Mosquito Squad does an excellent job -- always provides an email notification the day before services are to be performed and always shows up when they say they're going to. The mosquito control treatment is some of the best money spent as it all but eliminates mosquitos in our yard. We're huge fans and would highly recommend Mosquito Squad!

We tried mosquito squad after another company got too busy and could not make it out to our place on time. I was home one time they sprayed and they didn't do the whole area and the mosquitoes are still miserable. I tried to call them three different times and I was told a supervisor would call me back and never did. I finally got a hold of somebody and they said they don't know why her supervisor does not call people back but said they could not come out to our house again till the following Monday. What a joke I would not use these guys again.

They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, yet did nothing to resolve my concerns and argued with me about my usable property boundaries without setting foot on my property. They also did not return calls or follow up on concerns. I am 0% satisfied, but still paid my money and my concerns were not addressed. Worst Groupon experience ever; I bought a groupon for two applications First, I had to call several times to schedule my appointment. I was told someone would call me back, but they never did. I had to keep calling until I got someone on the phone who could schedule my first appointment. But that is not the worst of it. The groupon clearly states that Mosquito Squad sprays useable property. There were also clear parameters for lot size, and I made sure I bought the appropriate sized package so that my property size was not an issue. Since I have an odd shaped property, I ensured that I was here for the first application in order to show the technician spraying the property where my lot lines were (I also recently had my property surveyed so the corners are clearly marked). Half of my property is landscaped, and half is a wooded parcel where my kids play and I have my hammock. There is also a tree house in the woods. It is clearly usable. It has utility. We use it. And since that is where the mosquitos hide, I wanted to make sure it got sprayed. My father walked the technician out to the edges of my property, and the technician said he would spray the wooded portion as well. However, we watched him spray and he only sprayed the landscaped portion and not the woods where the mosquitos are. When I called the office to report the problem, the woman on the phone argued with me about what portion of my property was usable. She was looking at google earth satellite images from her desk which are not only old, but also don't show below tree cover. She was adamant that my useable property ended at the landscaping and that the technician had sprayed appropriately. The groupon and their website clearly state that they will spray usable property, however, be warned that the company clearly defines usable property as landscaped property in close proximity to the house. To appease me, she said that she would call the technician to clarify where he sprayed and call me back. There was never a return phone call. When I initially scheduled the two appointments, the person on the phone could not give me an exact day but only a week in which they would spray. Then, she stated that I would receive an email the day before they sprayed so that I would know they were coming. While I received the first email, I never received an email before the second application (and no, it didn't go to spam). So, I could not be here to see where they sprayed the second time. I only knew that had come by the receipt they left on my door. I have no way to verify if they even sprayed, let alone sprayed my woods where the mosquitos are. I was not surprised by their lack of follow through. In the end, I did not notice any decrease in my mosquito population. Just opening my door a crack for a second at dusk on the day after the second application, 8 mosquitos rushed into my house and began the attack. I just threw $99 down the toilet. Don't buy their services unless you enjoy wasting money.

Great to work. Great service and very nice people. The service they did for us exceeded my expectations. They treated a very large heavy wooded area and the 3 nights we were having our event not one bite and no ticks to be found! I love being able to be outside in the evening and not get eaten alive by the mosquitoes. When ever we go over to the neighbors in the area you are constantly doing the mosquito dance. The grandkids like it because they like being outside during the early evening hours. We love mosquito squad.
