I have not been a customer but I did contact Mick's about an ongoing issues I have at an apartment complex I reside at. I wanted and outside and honest opinion of how to proceed and what would be the normal protocol for extermination in my situation. Matt was able to give me great info on why situations like mine could happen and how they would handle things. This information will help me get the answers I need. For someone to take their time to call me back about questions I have when I am not a customer, that was really awesome and so appreciated. Makes you really realize that this company is there for anyone who needs help.

Very aggressive driver today on Hwy K, 4:30 pm. The stunt this driver pulled, could have caused a major accident with multiple automobiles, note your driver was still showing aggression after the fact. I pulled over and made a call to their office immediately.
