I am a renter in St. Paul... I had some type of animal in my ceiling. I contacted my landlord,he sent out Guardian. Placed traps. Well 3 days later..it was caught. Died and began to rot and smell of death thru my house. I call my landlord no response...I call Guardian directly... they say my landlord needs t contact them...fast forward 2 weeks.. NO LANDLORD NO GUARDIAN. DEAD ANIMAL IN ATTIC. What I don't understand is if you set a trap?? Why would you need my landlord permission to come back for animal in trap.... Thanks Google for asking about them. Next call to the city.
