First trip was great, and they worked around my availability. Didn't get rid of the entire nest, so when I called for the 60 day guarantee to finish the wasp hive off, I left a message abd was left having to take care of it myself. A shame considering I sought out a small business instead of a corporate conglomerate.

I called to ask for them to deal with a soccer ball sized hornet nest and they came out the SAME DAY and their price was incredibly affordable. Elliott was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I’m so thankful that they were able to come out the same day because they turned out to be Bald Faced Hornets and if that hive got any bigger, they would have for sure attacked me or my dogs. Timely, affordable, and local. Elliott and the Buggs team will forever get my business.

We had a rodent that died in a basement window well. The window well was under our deck. Flies started coming into our house. I mean lots of flies. They came to my home and sprayed for the flies, but they did not go away. Glenn came over, moved some heavy furniture and and cleaned the dead rodent out of the window well. When I tried to pay him he said no! That’s above and beyond good customer service.

Many times when I schedule an appointment with a company they give me a 4 hour window of when they will show up. Not this company! We have called them twice and twice they have showed up exactly on time. Elliot is incredibly personable and the very type of person you feel happy to welcome into your home. He helped me understand why we were having the issues we were having and how to avoid issues related to other pests as well.

I relied on all of the five star reviews of this place when I was looking for an exterminator. I am disappointed. A very nice young man came out to the house. He was on time and very professional. No complaints. He made me feel good about his plan. He said the best idea is to put poison down in the areas that show activity. He said they would be gone in a few weeks. Okay great. But a week and half later mice were coming into my house like lemmings to the cliff. Friday night my dogs found and killed four mice as they came into the living room. I had one almost run across my toes by the dishwasher in the kitchen. My son trapped one in the basement and saw two others. All in one night! Saturday I started calling exterminators, starting with Buggs since they had just been here and guarantee their work. They responded to my VM saying I could call tomorrow as long as it wasn’t during the Vikings game. I don’t follow football, sorry. So I texted the next day saying I didn’t want to call and possibly interrupt the Vikings game. I got the text back “no problem. Just call back after the game.” I have received nothing from them about their plan of action at this point. I paid them $188.00 for the original visit. I tried to provide a fair review and give the facts. I hope it helps.

We have had Dennis come out twice to our house, he was professional and went above and beyond to help us and answer our questions. We thought we had a reoccurrence and they had a 60 day guaranty so he came back out and it turned out it was a false alarm and he was still so wonderful. We recommend them to anyone looking for help with bugs (boxelder season) or to prevent mice before winter. Reasonable pricing and great customer service!

The first time I used Buggs Pest Control, Glenn came to spray for ticks. We were having so many ticks at our home in Dayton. The dogs were getting ticks weekly. I have been working with Glen and Elliot since September 2019 when we moved to our current home. Since the first moment the have been the nicest, very responsive and professional. Prices are great and service is the best around here. One time my dog ate the mouse poison and they right away did everything possible to help me within an hour of the event to find out name and composition of poison and after they checked back to see how my dog was doing. Ive been living in my house for the last 5 years and have never seen other than the occasional fly ...ant here and there. I just recently purchased a couch off Craigslist and within a week my house was infested with roaches. I'm a very clean person have never had an issue like this. I go to the store and buy poison and it seems as though the problem was getting worse, so I got rid of the couch but I still had this issue with these roaches. This is the company you are looking for! If you have any bugs, these guys will get rid of them. I've been through the gamut with other companies not even showing up when they were supposed to or wanting to charge me $300 to come out and "survey" the problem (they wouldn't even bring the pesticides)! If you want to eliminate your bug problem promptly, be treated respectfully and not go broke in the process Buggs Pest Control is your answer. Don't bother trying to find a better company, you won't.
