If i could put 10 stars, i would. The gentleman that came and did a termite inspection for a house that i’m purchasing did an amazing job. He was so very friendly, confident in his work and he even informed/educated me of some things that didn’t even notice about the house i was purchasing. I will always go with “Arenz” for any of my pests needs.

Recommended by realtor for termite inspection for home purchase; the price was fair and the inspector was friendly and punctual (though he considered a mask optional). However, the scheduling process was frustrating: people I spoke to in office incorrectly entered my address more than once, seemed disorganized to me, and added stress to the already stressful process of home buying.

Based on earlier reviews I selected Arenz. The price was reasonable and they could address my problem within 24 hours. In addition to the original pest problem, at no extra charge he treated for spider control. I asked about what if not 100% control. Mr Arenz said call back in 3-4 days if control is not total. 4 days later I called because a few pest still remained. An additional treatment was done 6 days after the original treatment at no extra charge. So far I am very pleased with this company.

Excellent service all around from office people to the tech that comes to my home, scheduling is easy and flexible - everyone is friendly, personal, and communicative - very affordable and what they spray is effective and doesn't hurt pets. They also offer termite inspection and yearly contract.
