Tech comes to my house. Quotes me a different price then was my understanding. When I ask if we can call someone to clarify, he says "there's no one to call." I ask, "so you're the boss of the company?" And he says "yes. Out in the field, I'm the boss." I do not understand why people have to be rude and unkind. Luckily there's many other pest control companies who'll take my business.

I had Apple come out for routine bug control and requested an estimate for termite protection. They were honest and did not try to upsell me more than what I needed. I thought I needed more treatment- I simply cant stand bugs.... but they assured me that their recommendation would work. I still see bugs- but they are dead (the best kind). Knowledgable, family-friendly, honest business. I would recommend them.

A colony of yellow jackets invaded our wooden deck and made it impossible for us to enjoy our back yard. George Gimbel from Apple came, exactly when we expected him, and blasted them with insecticide. He took up some of the deck boards, removed the nests, and treated the area further, to assure that they were completely gone. We have always been pleased with the service we've received from Apple Pest Control, and especially from George Gimbel. They stand by their work, and we highly recommend them. Five Stars!

Aaron the guy that did my service was awesome. The office on the other hand could not bill to save their life. I give Aaron my credit card while he is here and then many times months later I get a call because we have not paid. They would never process my charge. Great company! Everyone in my family has been using them for years, so as soon as I saw a roach at my place I picked up the phone and gave them a call. Stan was out that day and took care of the problem! Same story when my cat brought in fleas, they came out twice and eliminated the problem. Called them for a squirrel in the attic and other issues. Was told they were gonna send someone to go up in the attic and under the house for a full inspection. A guy showed up and got his ladder and placed a trap near the roof and charged us $250.00. He never went in the attic or under the house. We never caught anything and a few days later he showed up and removed the trap and left. I feel ripped off. Thank Apple Pest Control!!! ????????

We experienced a problem with rodents upon moving into a new rental due to previous tenants. Apple was very accommodating in working with our Landlord to get services paid for and quickly came out. The problem was solved! One visit and no more rodents! They were very understanding of my concern for using toxic chemicals due to other pets in the house and made sure everyone and everything was safe. UPDATE TO RESPONSE You obviously took over a week on how you would respond It is very obvious why you have carefully selected your, choice in words ,; after all this is public viewing. 1. Not once did your company thoroughly explain the services I would pay $150.47 for either by phone and your field technician . When I confirmed that outside would be treated he did NOT explain that only the parameter of outside would be treated. In fact, he asked me what areas outside I wanted him to focus on. I clearly explained the areas surrounding the pool and that was that! 2. How could your company guarantee satisfaction, yet, later tell me it was only a courtesy and that is when she mentioned the treatment was restricted to the parameter of home. 3. For the record , the multiple ant hills ARE in the parameter of outside my home. The spiders are within my patio on my home near windows and back door. So I still don't understand how your excuse is valid. 4. Nobody has attempted to call me and for arguments sake, let's say your statement is true, then why not respond to the email or text as an alternative method to reach me to discuss my concerns?? 5. As a consumer I have a right to receive the services I paid for and I have not. Therefore, if you can not resolve this complaint then I will ask my financial institution to investigate charges for services promised and not received. I have multiple photos , emails and texts as evidence for requesting resolution by either refund of my money so I can actually schedule another provider to treat my home OR receive a treatment that successfully removes pests from my home. My son has a 4+ allergy to ant stings and need immediate attention to avoid any serious complications should my son be stung by these ants. As I previously mentioned, my small yorkie was attacked by ants and thankfully for him it wasn't serious! I dont have the time or energy to further dispute this as I do not have the luxury of time to deal with this considering the urgency behind removing these ant hills! I may be reached by email or text on how your company will move forward with my complaint. Reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the effort on coming back and honoring customer satisfaction. HOWEVER, I continued to see spiders and have the ant hills doubled( yes, I took pictures)! I immediately contacted Apple via phone, email and text yet they have not responded which is pretty tacky. I will continue to keep pressing for a refund for a unsuccessful treatment!

We had a rodent problem that needed immediate attention. Apple Pest Control sent out their technician George. George quickly got to work and kept me informed throughout the service. He took care of our rodent, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Terrific communication, and professional techs, and I appreciate the quarterly service. While I wish no pests entered the house, which is unrealistic, on the rare occasion I find one, they're already dead. Highly recommended!

I contacted Apple Pest Control concerning a wasp issue of having 20+ nests throughout the property. They were out within 48 hours and were able to remove all wasp nests within 30 minutes. Have not had any issues since! They are timely, professional, and respectful of property and requests. We have a garden in the backyard (as well as a "pet" orb weaver spider) that they were careful to avoid spraying around. Appreciate the great service.

Amazing service! I had been looking for a pest control company after I found several wasps nests in some really hard to reach places around the house. Everyone that I spoke with at Apple was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Setting up an appointment was super quick, and they are flexible with your schedule too. Aaron was the technician that came by my house. He listened to all my concerns and explained everything he was going to do. Fast forward to 3 weeks later now and my house is totally wasp free! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable, flexible, and effective pest control services!

I called them to catch a critter that was running around in my attic. A guy came out, placed a trap. Didn't hear from them for 2 weeks then they came back to check the trap. No animal in the trap and no bait. I expect the same in other 2 or 3 weeks. The only difference will be that I'll tell them to take their trap and not to come back. I wish it hadn't cost me $200 for absolutely nothing. Stay clear of this worthless company.

I'm extremely happy with the services offered by Apple Pest Control. I had Aaron (I know, right?) come out to my house to look into a squirrel problem in my attic. He was able to tell me where he thought they had come in before even getting on the roof and answered my questions in a professional manner. He left a trap in the attic in hopes of catching it but after a week we were unable to catch them. I'm not sure the squirrels even went back in to the attic during the time the cages were in the attic. We determined they weren't in the attic and he sealed up all of their areas of entry. What I appreciated about Apple Pest was their willingness to work around my schedule. My house is on the northeast side of San Antonio but I work office hours in Helotes. They were able to schedule appointments in the morning before work or even after work so I didn't have to drive all over San Antonio during work hours. I will definitely use Apple Pest Control again, I just hope I don't have to anytime soon!

I used Apple some time ago for a raccoon issue we had, and everything worked out great. Although, recently I had contacted them for termite treatment, and they took more time than expected to reply. I did end up going with a different vendor this time around. I still plan on giving them a shot in the future, but keeping my options open.

I had a hidden wasp nest in an overgrown area and wasn't sure what to do. Caleb came out and quickly found the suspected area of the nest (which was buried) and was able to destroy the nest. Problem solved in less than 30 minutes and the price was very fair. Highly recommended!

No way is this a 5 star rated business. If you look up this company other then Facebook you will see. This company is a waste of money and a complete ripe off. I had them come and spray for misquitos and my home to prevent insects from coming inside especially where I live. They came out and it did absolutely nothing so I called and they came out again and still nothing worked.....a complete waste of $300. I will never use them again or recommend this company. I was hoping to have a reliable company come out every three months but I will not be doing it with them. Do yourself a favor and look else where. I wouldn't even give them 1 star!

Terrible company! I had them out for a rat issue as well as some bugs in the house. Neither service worked at all. All the guy did was put a few rat traps in the attice and baited them with some PB that service alone was over $200! I could have done this myself if that was the case, he never came back out which by the way they mention a free return with the initial fee! Don't even get me started on the bugs inside the house when I called back to see if there was anything they can do they tried to sell me on a maintence plan and didnt even offer to come out and retreat. Why would I want to get on a maintnence plan if your initial service didn't even work? The lady (Shanna who was very rude by the way) tried telling me because I needed to build layer on layer of the product so the bugs would stay away but this isnt true because I had been on a routine pest service for years before this, and that consisted of every other month and the only reason I came to this company was because my normal pest guy retired. I had my last service one month before I had them out. The technician was very friendly but was in a rush to leave and finished the whole service in under an hour. I paid over $300 for a guy to come to my home and take care of nothing pretty much. Would not recommend this company at all Im getting ready to place my review on all other sites as well, I am extremely displeased with this service. I've heard terrible things about terminex but I needed this bug/critter issue fixed so I called them and they were much less money than Apple Pest Control and took care of my issue.

On saturday, 2/9/19, called apple because I had a raccoon in my attic. The person answering at Apple ( I believe his name was Tom) advised all technicians were on other calls and did not believe they could respond on Saturday, but he would see about getting someone out. He called shortly after my call and said a technician could be out between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Shortly after 1:00pm Caleb (technician) called and was at my home in about thirty minutes. While setting the traps, and inspecting the attic Caleb spotted the critter and used his "snare" to remove it. Great service and professional attitude by Apple and Caleb. Would highly recommend them. Thanks again Apple (Tom) for the prompt attention to my problem, special thanks to Caleb for the very timely eviction of this critter.

Today I saw the Apple Pest Control truck parked in my neighbor’s house and I left a note for the technician to please come and do an estimate if possible. I had a small wasp nest on my porch and was concerned about the family’s safety. A few minutes later the gentleman, Bryan, knocked on my door and explained that I had to contact the company for a more comprehensive estimate. I briefly explained my problem and Bryan listened and without hesitation went to his truck, got the necessary equipment, and took care of the problem. This tells me something profound about this company; Not only they are family owned but they practice this message. I’ve had other experiences were companies advertise such claim but act like a corporation where financial gain is the bottom line - that is not the case here. I’m a senior officer in the military and I’ve had the opportunity to see people get taken care of or otherwise. I can say with confidence that whatever this company did today was take care of people - and folks I just admire that as this behavior is not common. Bryan should be recognized for this action. Apple pest control saved my butt after my prospective home buyers ordered a termite inspection through Terminix, who estimated my extermination to be $1500. Apple pest control let me know that the termite damage was solely on my neighbors fence (not even a shared fence) and it looked to be old damage with no recent signs of termites. My neighbors had most likely had their house sprayed when they moved in three months prior. They estimated my spray to be $139 with tax. I had to purchase to make the buyers happy, but I'm really glad I found Apple Pest Control. They relieved a lot of stress.

This company did a PHENOMENAL JOB for me!! I heard noises in my attic for months; scratching, running, jumping sounds, that was driving me nuts! I knew something large was in my attic. I tried using traps myself without success. Finally, and thankfully, Apple Pest Control came out and they were immediately able to pinpoint the entry spots and fix them! Within days they had caught several roof rats that had been having a party in my attic. Sooooo thankful for the quietness of my attic now, and for Apple Pest Control!! I have recommended them to others and the feed back has been nothing but positive!!!

I can highly recommend Apple Pest Control. Today was my first time to use the company and they did a great job. I booked my appointment just 2 days ago. I was very surprised that Apple could send an exterminator out so quickly! I had previously called a competitor and the best they could do was to set me up with an appointment 2 weeks from today. That was unacceptable; we had a bad infestation of red wasps & I was tired of being stung every time I walked outside! The office staff was friendly and helpful. The woman that I spoke to explained that they save appointments for new customers, and as a new customer they would be sure to come out to my home as soon as possible. They would have come out the same day that I called, only I had no available time on that day. Adam came out today to get rid of our wasp problem and to spray the inside of our home for bothersome pests such as daddy-long-legs & silverfish. He was a friendly guy and I liked him very much. He was also very professional and knowledgable about his profession. First Adam sprayed the interior of the home, including the attic. Next, Adam went outside and sprayed the perimeter of the home and also killed those nasty wasps. The job was well done and I am very please. I recommend Apple Pest Control to anyone looking for a quality company that treats its customers right! Five Stars!

Excellent service from scheduling call through execution. Tried to call multiple companies asking for a rough estimate based on picture of dead ants that we took. Most offered free estimate visit, but not given a slight idea of the cost. This wouldn't work for me as I would have to get home during business hours to meet the tech, just to get an estimate. Tony asked to text the picture and came back with identification and estimate. Caleb called ahead before showing up. He explained the treatment and was very professional. Highly recommend!
