I feel very confident in this company to get the job done. Only cool criticism is that the facility be at a bigger or more spacious location. Although the team does very well with what they have.

This place is a gem! I had a problem with mice & spider eggs at the same time and Brandon came out, did an amazing job and literally did not stop until the problem was gone. Ian was super accommodating with scheduling and made it so easy to schedule. It's unsettling to have pests in your home and A&A made it a wonderful experience. Months later, I had a mice infestation again and the supervisor came out - was incredibly thorough and very nice. I would recommend A&A over and over again - it's actually a pleasure to have them in my house because I know they are taking care of me and they literally don't stop until the job is done. So happy to have them nearby!!!

The ant application was successful and performed by knowledgeable technicians. I did add the application for stink bug but it was applied later in the fall after bugs were already attacking my house. However, I was overall satisfied with the service. Will recommend.

Our house is in the woods. To say we have potential pest problems would be an understatement. A&A has always taken care of any problems that arose. Our three biggest were ants, rodents and bees. GONE, thanks to A&A. The staff is professional and knowledgeable.

very polite young man arrived right on time. have used A&A several times for our home due to Springtime ants. It nipped them in the bud. yellow pesticide cards are visibly placed nicely. a free 30 day follow appt comes w/ea application. reasonable pricing too. i use both inside garage and outside foundation of home. its just sm amt more so do it. i felt very safe in having family owned staff in and outside of home. very mannered & polite. one yr i needed pantry flooring by trim treated for sugar ants which access through garage it abuts in house. once again, great exp. they also have receptionist for appts who is helpful.

I have been using A&A as my pest service for 6 plus years. I work with them on a regular basis for everything a 400 unit apartment complex brings my way. They have always done a great job meeting my needs. I also use them on a monthly plan for spring to fall outdoor work, bees, mice, etc all over the property. They have been an effective solution. Be prepared to hire people to do the preparation for bed bug spraying. See the photo of my things in the hallway of a rooming house. I have a heart condition and doctors know heavy lifting is a no no. They want all clothes out of all dressers and the drawers left standing. Mattresses and box springs must be left standing also. They can miss the carpet under anything left standing unless arrangements are made in advance long before payment. Begbugs are not flying insects and if the spray didn't get in their eyes they might do ceilings too. ASK !! Actually one might have to rent a storage location or the neighbors garage. Boxed food for roach spraying can bring an objection. If you've got adult children to help you're lucky. The spray leaves a lot of white on black furniture so maid service is an option if one is old. If one smokes legal cigars, pipes or cigarettes count on a drippy grass cloth wallpaper effect on all of the walls. It washes easy off of high gloss paint. I wouldn't count on making it to a party for 2 days after a treatment. If the first spraying doesn't get them all they come back in 2 weeks and ***not for free***. Perhaps scheduling a vacation for those 2 weeks would be best so one doesn't have to do all of the preparation work and putting away work again. Chanting "They aren't lethal" and going to eBay can save a small fortune. Please remember property damage is a crime. We had bedbug treatment every 2 weeks from mid November 2017 to 4-10-17. It's not ended yet. The owner of this location is considering every month. Tall Jason is no doubt delightful entertainment, an expert, and a very hard worker. So far the state legislators haven't limited their careers. I trust he has workmans' compensation insurance.

I used AAA Pest Control in October 2015 through January 2016. They went above and beyond their duties. Unfortunately, they will no longer do business with me since I went overboard on a situation. I thought I had bed bugs on top of the bugs I had. To this day, I still don't know. After they stopped helping me, I found a shirt in my bureau in Feb 2016 in a plastic bag that had strange blood on it.. Threw bag away but took pics. I had garbage bags in my storage area and in the laundry mat the white shirt that had been in bag had red splotches on it. Even last week I had black dots on a sheet but it came off with a cloth and I had a blood stain on a sheet that I guess could be anything. I decided to do my own spraying and I treat with diamestrics earth in my condo. I even bought a new bed and I found a strange red stain underneath my top mattress. It sucks I had to lose them as I live in a condo and I worry I was right but have to say I probably wrong. They are a good company.

We had bees in our basement !!!!. They found and removed the nest. I had bought a foam spray assuming there was a hole they were getting in from the outside. They were kind enough to seal the hole from the inside and outside. Very friendly people. Hopefully we won't need them again but if we need a pest control company AA Pest is it.
