Marc was amazing. I tried a different weed company a year ago and they told me nothing. Came and killed the weeds temporarily, never gave me any advice on getting a lawn started etc. When Marc came over, he laid out a whole plan, explained what I needed and now the future is clear. I would recommend Weed Pro to anyone who is either starting a new lawn or wanting maintenance on a current lawn. They offer everything. Even offered to completely install a timed irrigation system for me.

Responsive, thorough, professional and high quality. I saw that two of my neighbours were using WeedPro, so I asked their representative to take a look at my lawn, which was struggling. I had trouble getting some of the spots to green up and grow thick. He diagnosed the problem as chinch bugs. Within 24 hours I had a quote to treat the bugs, fertilize and bring my lawn back to good health. 24 more hours later and the treatments were complete. Within ten days the yellow dead patches were gone, the bugs were gone, my weeds were gone and my lawn turned a much darker shade of green and thickened up. It now looks outstanding, wish I had called earlier. About ten days before my first interaction with the WeedPro rep, I had contacted the well known national chain. It took them nearly two weeks to give me a quote and they never followed up after. Very happy we went with WeedPro.

We have been extremely happy with Weed Pro. We have a nearly 30 year old lawn that was slowly deteriorating and it needed restoration. Marc came over and suggested a plan, which included some resodding and the remainder overseeding. The lawn now looks great the program really worked. My yard was completely full of weeds . Did a search online for a company that used pet friendly weed killer. Weed Pro did . I had them come in June and spray for weeds. Was very effective and I was able to plant grass shortly afterwards. I contacted Marc about leaf cleaning. This was done last week and I was extremely pleased with the 2 guys who did the cleanup. My yard looked amazing. Priced reasonably and excellent customer service. I will continue to have Weed Pro for maintenance on my yard. Highly recommended this company.

In June our lawn was covered in weeds of all varieties and bare patches where only quack grass flourished. After receiving a Weed Pro brochure in the mail, we decided to hire the 'pros' as we weren't having any success. We truly believed we needed to replace our lawn completely. Now it's August, and after only 2 treatments we are enjoying a lush, thick, green lawn. The technicians also detected chinch bugs which were immediately taken care of. I highly reccommend this company. They are polite, fast and friendly, and listen to their customers.

Our lawn was terrible. It was patchy, weedy and just never looked good. We thought we would have to replace our lawn with new sod, but decided to try Weed Pro first. By mid summer our lawn looked gorgeous. It is now lush and green and weed free. We would never have believed that in just one summer our lawn could be so healthy and beautiful. Not happy with their service. It feels like they will say what you want to hear to get you to purchase a plan. Unfortunately, they did not live up to their promises and did not achieve most of the goals we set for my lawns treatment. When I contacted them, they tried to put the blame on me as if I didn't understand what I was told, although it was clearly not the case. It felt like they were doing me a favour with vague and beside-the-point responses and like they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. To be fair, I'll note they agreed to a small compensation that was very disproportionate to the price I paid. They didn't even bother to try and preserve me as a client. I'll find a different lawn care service for next season. **Edit - In response to the owner's reply - You are misrepresenting the facts. Indeed, you visited three times, however, two of which were part of the plan I paid for; I had to ask and insist you uphold your guarantee and come for the third time rather than you offer to do so. Furthermore, your weed treatment failed to meet your initial promises, and it was also merely one of many concerns I had that led me to contact you. Although your agent convinced me that if I purchase the plan, I'll see the change I'm looking for, in reality, nothing changed. The fact you choose to respond to one minor issue while ignoring the rest of my claims, the same as you did in our correspondence, speaks louder than anything you could say. Good luck to you and your company in the future.
