I have had to deal with Puroclean on a couple of different situations (unfortunately- lol) as they are a disaster response/restoration company. The first time we called them as we found black mold growing on the cement wall in the basement bedroom. Scary I know!. Trish came over right away and gave us a extremely detailed break down of what to do. Instead of charging us and doing the work - she gave us the tools and info to be able to do this all on our own and saved us some money. The next time we dealt with Puroclean - we had a sewerback up in our basement. They offered to come asap to start clean up but as we had got the water coming in stopped we told them they could just come in the morning. They showed up the next day promptly and set to work. They are some of the friendliest business owners I have had the pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them to any one needing their services. And their customer service and staff have yet to disappoint! So glad we have this company to call on in a time of need! Thanks again Gord & Trish!

Trish and Gord are absolutely amazing. We had flooding come in through a hole in our roof, and in the middle of the night they brought in their machines, removed the water and had everything back to normal. Their level of customer service is beyond compare! Highly Recommend.

We had them come over due to finding mould on our drywall under a leaky basement window. They advised the mould was just surface and told us how to clean it up. I wanted the wall replaced but they said they felt like they were 'ripping us off' because it was not needed. It was a relief to hear the mould was not active or toxic, however I still wanted to remove and replace the drywall for my own peace of mind as I have been struggling with chronic asthma over the past 4 months. Good thing we did because there was a fairly large chunk mould on the back side of the drywall facing the insulation. 3 stars for their friendly prompt service, but disappointed about the advice we received.

Last week my wife and i had been away for a few days to come home to a flooded basement. Puro Clean was there within an hour of the call. They were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. They assessed the damage and gave me so much help and advice to get us through a seemingly horrible situation. I would recommend them to anyone in need of restoration. Theyve really helped us, and our house is going to be so much better than before the unfortunate incident.
