went to Rona tonight and not impressed that they were closed but have not updated the website. It say they are still open at this moment (5:50) but in fact they close at 5. I would have gone by 5 if i had known...because my items were on sale today and now i have missed out...this is crappy! Update your information please so this does not happen to other people...the items i would have save 20 percent on we about 500.00 and now i missed out on that savings...not impressed Rona....back to home depot for this girl i guess. I try to shop local but it is so hard.

It's a great Home Building Center you'll find whatever you need there although I feel I never get any help from the staff, and they're not very friendly. I don't know what it is about being a woman in a hardware store?!

Horrendous customer service from management downwards. Nothing is in stock & good luck if you order anything. That's a couple months wait. Prices are high for mediocre quality. Don't bother phoning there either. They put you on hold & wait for you to hang up.

Rona is awesome. They are very helpful, but they are SUPER BUSY so be patient. Everyone is really friendly. They usually have everything we need....but if we have to wait for a shipment takes from 5 to 14 days.

Impossible to reach anyone on the phone number, simply asks for an extension. Should be very simple to call and ask if they carry a product and have it in stock.

Very poor customer service. I was there for over an hour getting material and wrapping up lengths of baseboard and trim. There were 5 to 6 employees there but no one offered to help. In fact wss i was leaving with a package of 16 ft baseboard, three employees just stood there talking as i struggled to get through the door. Lousy customer service and they lack the basic knowledge required in a hardware store.

Went to get a GMC key cut but they could not identify the blank for it, but they did give me a name of a company that could help. Was also looking for paint brush for Tremclad paint and was helped with getting a tapered brush for nicer coat.

The people who work here are great: that being said I ordered wallboard to make an accessible space for a family member who is terminally ill. Even if this wasn’t a time sensitive project this is ridiculous. When I looked online it said they had some in stock in store, which wasn’t true. At the store I was told they would be here the following Tuesday. They weren’t but I was told it would be the following Tuesday, and don’t worry it has been invoiced so it should be on the truck, but it wasn’t, so come back next Tuesday, but yet again, it wasn’t. They didn’t even leave me a choice at this point but to shop elsewhere, I can’t afford to wait on this product any longer than I already have.

Horrible customer service from the manager to the staff. I asked for some help finding a receipt for some tools I bought about 6 months ago, had the date and time that I bought it and the manager told me that I didn't buy the product in his store and was trying to pull a fast one on him. Basically trying to say i was stealing. These guys are useless....
