I had the service for one year and it was good but when I want to cancel, it has been a nightmare. I sent message via the contact us and no one replied. I got a hold of a person on the phone, she convinced me to freeze the account until December 2021 and decide later. But then, I got an automated call saying they were coming to my house in two days. I called them back to tell they should not come, my account was on hold. No luck, they came any ways. I called back the company and talked with another person, saying that my account was on hold and I did not want to pay for a service I was not suppose to have. They sent me the invoice anyway. I called back, this time the lady got my phone number and said someone would call me back and I am still waiting. Really tired of this. Writing here so maybe I have some return.

Marc at Insight was very helpful and professional. He provided us with multiple suggestions on how to reduce and prevent future ant and rodent issues within and outside our home. He placed bated traps around the premises and a few inside, while also being very caring and observant of my concerns such as exposure to products for my newborn and my dog. Overall we had a great experience with Marc and would recommend him and the company again.

So all was going well while I subscribed to their service. Once I sold my property the hell broke down with them. Tried to cancel. Finally got a rep who was able to cancel it. But then their phone calls and surveys continued. They call you, then their automated system tells you to speak to a live operator which is not available. Then asks you to leave a message when subsequently they tell you the mailbox is full and the system hangs up on you. Unreal.

Extremely diligent pest service. Each tech takes the time to go through the yard and house to detect any vulnerable spots. In particular Mike Peach was spectacular with his walkthrough last week. I found droppings in my basement and he inspected and set up proper traps and info on what to look out for. He then walked the perimeter and identified any cracks or holes (old house/foundation) and he plugged anything he could with steel wool. All this on top of his normal inspection and dusting duties!

My experience with Insight Pest Solutions has been anything from poor to terrible, they'll say anything to sell you the service, including that you can cancel at anytime without any penalty fee (Which was important to me because I knew I might move to a different state and more on that later). They claim they have performed 2 services, but honestly it's pretty hard to tell what they did because there isn't any noticeable difference. I have to trust that they did what they say they did. The time came when I really do have to move, and it turns out that in order to cancel the service I have to pay them for the services I will no longer receive anyway. If I had known they were going to do that, there's no way I would have gotten the service because I wasn't going to commit to something that could outlast my stay in this place. That's just plain strong-arming tactics that are sure to make customers unhappy so good luck keeping up that attitude.

This service was sold to me by a door to door sales person. I was told that it was a bargain…$139 every 4 months. After I signed a service was performed. I still have mice, spiders and ants. Rather than pay nearly $560 a year I decided to set mouse traps and spray House Defense and pocket 99% of that money. Marc came by yesterday morning for the second application and I explained to him that I didn’t want to move forward and he explained to me that I should call customer service. So I called, yesterday afternoon, and spoke to Cresha who explained to me that my account had been closed and I would no longer receive any bills. Then, this morning, I got a call from a gentleman @ Insight wanting to schedule my next service call. I explained that I had cancelled the account and he kept trying to explain what could be expected after the first treatment, etc. until I got so frustrated I just told him that I wasn’t going to move forward and had cancelled then hung up.

Insight Pest was the first to respond when I purchased my home in 2020. They were attentive and clear about their services. Our service technician, Mark, is always courteous and attentive to details. He lets me know what will be done, and and answers any questions I have about bugs. He is super knowledgeable!

The gentleman that came to do the service was very nice and I really don't have any complaints about him himself. The sales person however was pushy, very positive and gave many promises which none of have happened. I have more ants now than ever before. More moles or chipmunks than ever before. I've never had drain flies in the 30 years I've lived here until he did something under my bathroom sinks. I'm truly dis satisfied. Giant hornets. Their service did nothing. He said give it a couple weeks to really set in. Whatever it was her out down, they brought it back to their nest and it made them stronger, multiply and become nuclear!!! Stay away if they come to your door!!!

Matt was very professional very easy to work with. He did a great job letting us know exactly what it was doing before and after and gave us some good follow up information to keep us safe and comfortable. InSight employs professional technicians to make inspections and applications of chemicals to control insect pests. Just one thing I question is the trip and “application” they make in late November or December! There are no insects active at that time. I believe it would be more use to do two applications in warm weather of summer or early autumn. Think about it….. ray

We got two treatments with this company and canceled. They will not leave us alone. We have told them to stop contacting us and scheduling services multiple times and they keep contacting us. I’m not even sure what they treated my house for but told us it was safe for pets and children. The second time they showed up to do the work they told us to bring our children inside and that they shouldn’t play out side for 24hrs. STOP contacting us! DO NOT use this company or you will be harassed by them for years!!!

It took two visits to finally be satisfied with the service. First initial visit skipped over everything. Called a month later I. August. The svc man Timothy was thorough. Cleared up all issues. As a customer you need to be persistent to get the work done. The August visit was forgotten by the office until I called a second time.

Service technicians are AMAZING 5-stars for them. Excellent work all around and super friendly. Outstanding. The account services system gets 1-star averaging out to 3 total. I moved, so I tried to cancel my account. Use the online portal and speak to someone. They put it on hold and refused to cancel it. I get regular phone calls from their 800 number and answer every single time. Here is how the conversation goes every single time. "Press 1 to connect to a representative about an important matter on your account" I press 1 "We're sorry all our reps are currently unavailable, but your call is important to us, please leave a message" Weird that no one is available since they called me, but fine I'll leave a message "The voice inbox you've reached cannot take messages as the mailbox is full. Good bye." And I get hung up on. I've been trying for months to cancel my account and sent countless emails and texts but they say the account is on hold and I can't cancel without speaking to someone. When I call I can't get a hold of anyone. When they call me, a machine hangs up on me. Please just let me cancel my account. I was going to use you guys for my new home once I got settled, but no longer after this nightmare.

I have to say that after using this company for a year now, I am a little disappointed with the lack of communication between the office personnel and the techs who come to the house. The last 3 times they were scheduled to come to my house, I called them and told them not to come until 4 pm or later as no one would be home to let them in. And each time they came much earlier. I don’t understand why they can’t get it right. Their service is good but I’m ready to find a new company who listens to me.

Given inaccurate information from the start. Myself was told on the phone five visits at 125 dollars each visit was never stated if they were canceled for bad performance I would owe 625 on top of they stated they had a signed contract by me which they did not and do not have any contract signed by me. I was never given or sent any contract still to this date! The first person that they sent out to my House told me Basically there was no way to prevent the mice because of the outside of the house to many entry points but he filled them all and placed traps down. Their traps did not kill a single mouse in my house yet the .99 cents traps I had down before having them come out where killing 7-10 mice a day! Yes a day! Called them back they sent another employee out who this time met my friend at my house because I could not be there, he inquired about pricing and was also told 125 dollars a visit by this gentleman who then pulled out the stuffing in the entry points the first guy put in and put down more traps on first floor when I stated they where is the basement ceiling paneling and why where they not putting the traps where the mice where actually located I got no response. Still to this day there traps have not killed a single mouse another extermination company had to come out and insight pest solutions is trying to charge me for visits that where never made! With no contract signed mind you! So from a legal standpoint an over the phone conversation where you can not prove who is on the other line, with no signed contract, that you also gave false information to and the person who came out gave the same false information to multiple witness there is nothing further owed. Had I been given a contract that stated if they were fired due to horrible performances I would be responsible for payments for dates they did not come out no contract would have been signed and no one would have come out in the first place I would have just went somewhere else like I had to anyway. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

First service was yesterday so will take time to find out effectiveness. The technician was personable and professional and explained the service well. I am impressed so far after using other national companies that were less than responsive or reliable. This company called back immediately, showed up on time and took as long as needed to inspect and perform initial service

Horrible customer service. Total scam. Signed up in august for $100. Never saw a tech, its now December. Tried to cancel service. Wanna charge me over $100 to cancel. So 200$ for literally nothing but wasting my time. Avoid at all cost. Still had pest problem after initial signing up service. Edit* after going back and looking at bank statements. I’ve been charged over $400 since august and have yet to receive a services or talk to anyone who is helpful. Complete waste of money. Avoid these sales men all they do is talk you up. Don’t listen!!!

Someone knocked on my door in late May and offered services. It was supposed to be an ongoing thing where I call them when I needed service after the initial visit, but funds will be withdrawn monthly whether I use the services or not. After the first visit, I noticed some bugs around still and gave insight a call. It was difficult to reach someone to begin with. He told me he will pass my concerns along atoll call me back in an hour. After a few hours and no call, I called again with no answer. We're in September now and still haven't received that call back.

Marc took the time to explain the whole service to me. He was detailed and through. He did everything and more, I am confident that I will no longer have a problem with bugs in my basement or garage.
