I have had 2 experiences with this company. Once when the unit above me got bed bugs. I found them in my couch. A man came and sprayed my couch and entire apartment and the following night as I sat on my couch I had 3 bugs crawling on me in less than 15 minutes. I was not impressed. So I had my couch removed and never saw another bed bug, even though they came and sprayed my unit again 2 weeks later. Three months later the unit beneath me got bed bugs and I got them again. This time in my bed room, I have a wooden bunk bed. The same man came and did the initial spray and said he wished he could get underneath my bed. But there was really no way to do that though. After his spray, I found over a dozen bed bugs, half of them still alive. Then 2 weeks later a different man came to do the 2nd spray, his name was Scott, and I just want to say that he did a very thorough job of spraying my bedroom, going so far as to take the top of my bunk bed off so he could get to the underneath of the bottom bunk. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO THOROUGH!! Which was vitally important since the bugs were in between the straps attached to the underneath slats of the bottom bunk. Without removing the top bunk, there would have been no way to get to those straps under the bottom bunk, which he suggested I remove, and I did. Two weeks later, the original guy came for the follow up inspection. He told me that he had actually given Scott sh!t for taking my bed apart because that is not their responsibility!!! I couldn't believe my ears. He was giving Scott sh!t for doing the thorough job that needed to be done to eradicate the pests. After Scott sprayed i found a dozen dead bugs, but not one alive. I am just so grateful that I got Scott to do my second spray or I could still have had eggs hidden in between those slats and the straps that I was able to remove because Scott had taken the top off my bunk bed. Scott took the time to do the job right. So I guess it depends on who you get to spray your home. 5 stars for Scott, but only 3 stars in total because the other guy didn't think it was necessary and didn't do as thorough of a job.

Brian and his team have always answered our call promptly, to manage our insect issues at the home and business. They will always be our first thought if we ever have the need for reliable service in the future. I know it will be solved with one call.

Your exterminator Brian is arrogant and somewhat confrontational, I have used him a couple times, he just wants to get right to the job which is fine but in certain situations the customer should be able to discuss the problems with Brian without a condescending attitude. He expects you to know o exactly what the best procedure should be, he should be giving me recommendations. Brian is just a difficult and uncomfortable person to interact with.

I did some research before hiring, unfortunately most of these reviewers gave poor ratings for the demeanour of the person answering the phone. Just let these people do their job and you’ll be very happy with the result. Not everyone sounds friendly on the phone. ✌????

Bryan is very rude. He came out to our home and half asked a job. We had a rat and all he did was put down those useless sticky pads that couldnt even catch an insect. He said he was going to come back in a few days, never showed and tried to say that we were supposed to call him. My husband went out and bought some traps and we wound up catching the rodent ourselves. My husband called Bryan to question his methods and what we paid him money for, as he didnt do anything, and he started swearing at my husband and being extremely rude. You would think that as a business owner he would have more class than to talk to customers so ignorantly. Make sure if you need pest control...shop around and talk to people first, then maybe you will know what you are getting. Basically, we paid him to do nothing!!

All I did was call and ask a question about wasps. He was extremely rude and condescending over the phone. I would never trust his services just by the phone call. He was about to get very mad at me after I said "you're very rude. Have a good day." And he said "well you know what!!" And I hung up at that point. Come on man, smile once in a while. It will do you good.

Bryan is a very personable professional. He listened to the issue, and suggested alternatives, before sending a tech to resolve the issues. He articulated his morals and standards, as concerning the humane treatment of all animals and was able to ballpark the costs. His suggestions worked and his in person expertise wasn't required.

I received excellent service and more importantly, great follow up to a recent pest issue. The tech, Terry, was methodical and solved the problem. I actually received a follow up call and visits to ensure the issue was 100% complete. Very highly recommended.

Just looking at some of the other reviews I can say they're trying to portray these guys in an unfavourable light for minor concerns. Pest Control is what Sheldon does. Customer Service is not their thing. If you behave like an entitled douche, they'll treat you like one. I bring them in regularly to inspect my place of business. I have no problem with them. They're professional and they like to build lasting working relationships with good people.

These guys are very Rude. I got an Emergency. I tried to call them with no answer. After the fourth time, someone answered and said: "Don't ever call me four-time" . He was extremely rude and condescending over the phone. I would never trust his services just by the phone call. He was about to get very mad at me after I said, "you're very rude. I thought that because I am a customer paying $ what they need, I can have immediate support, but I found that they don't care !!!!! I spoke to Pest Management, and they support me immediately, I can tell there is a huge difference in respecting the customer and in service as well. I am disappointed by them and from their service, Not recommending them.

Terry was the technician that responded to our call for help with bed bugs. He was polite and professional during his time dealing with the issue. My only issue is with management who does not always communicate to the client reasonable expectations concerning the results of the spraying. Some individuals expect no further bed bug problems immediately after the spraying, not realizing it takes a little time and often a second spraying before the issue can be resolved. Keep up the good work Terry!

Called for inquiries and just some general information and was greeted by a extremely ignorant and rude, older sounding gentleman. This was also my third time trying to get a hold of them, finally doing so after not receiving a call back to my two prior voicemails. Will never get my business, or recommendations.
