Responded very quickly to my voice message. Arrived promply, and on time to inspect my roof. Discovered damage was from wind not racoons, but repaired minor damage at no charge. Very knowledgeable about racoons and their habits.

Horrible! Called several times, said would come out gave us a time and didn't show. Did this on three occasions of us trying to get him to come out and not showing up or even having the curtecy to call to say he can't make it etc. Worse customer service ever. When we left messages, no one bother calling back. Don't waist your times with this company!!

Raccoon activity in our neighbourhood. Called Niagara Wildlife and scheduled roof vent covers to be installed the next day... then NO show, NO call. We left a voice message for a call back. Next day NO call, NO show. This went on for 4 days of voice message & no response ever. Unbelievably BAD customer service! ( By the way, it shamefully looks like the first 5 star google review is from Jenn his partner. )

Paid $250 to remove the skunk, the skunk was removed but after two week it came back. I called five times and sent email, no response at all. They said on the website they would remove and prevent reoccur problems, but apparently they didn’t do what they said. Now I have to contact another company, would NOT recommend!

He gave me a quote for skunk removal and sealing the skunk entrance. After skunk was removed and payment made for that part of the job, he stopped answering his phone and stopped responding to my voicemails. Sealing of the entrance was never made. Another skunk moved in and now I have to contact another company.

Well … despite the negative comments in other reviews ... Jay (of Niagara Wildlife) responded quickly to my initial contact and appeared at the residence when he said he would and with skunk traps in hand. When the skunk was trapped, the little devil was quickly removed and relocated. No issues at all.
