Pro Pacific Pest Control took care of a bird control issue we had. Birds were continually building nests above our entry and making a mess. They placed a netting material above the entry area and now no more problems. My neighbor recommended Pro Pacific Pest Control because the company I had hired before did not offer nontoxic repellant, which was a bit shocking since this is something I would imagine most customers prefer for the safety of their homes. I was even more floored by the speed I could request for service: I called on Wednesday and Rita had a service tech out the next day. It gets even better: Jordan called me to confirm his arrival despite knowing that I would not be home. What can we say about Humberto that "you, the customer" may not notice within minutes of working with him?? Not much... So, I'll share anyways.. Immediately we were impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail and genuine concern for US, THE CUSTOMER . Which is truly lacking in the service industry today! Everything that we asked him he took time in explaining to us and was more than willing to stop what he was doing to be sure that we were satisfied with his answers. When he was inspecting the work that had already been done by the other service techs... it was obvious to both of us, who were observing with great interest (because let's face it, we're talking about a gang of freeloading rodents that tried to take our home over... So we wanted this job done correctly as promised!!) he checked every closure and seal and really put us at ease that indeed it was done well. We would DEFINITELY recommend this company... DONT USE THESE PEOPLE So we hired pro Pacific to come take care of a rodent issue. After many weeks they finally were able to figure out what the problem was and corrected it. They said at anytime if you have an issue call us and will get somebody out right away. WELL we have an emergency situation and the only thing the woman on the phone said was sorry have no technicians available. We can get somebody out to you in 4 days. I’m sorry to say but don’t advise your customers if they have an emergency situation to contact you and then give them an appointment time for 4 days later!! You took our money which was very expensive and once you have that money in hand you could care less about us as a customer. She really didn’t care!! Shame on her... Now since they do not want to honor their work I am forced to go find another company to fix what I paid pro Pacific to do. Horrible experience

Had two service with this company. They did however mention at the beginning that their work was not guaranteed, I still went ahead and did business with them they were professional and everything but as of now 3 months after the services were done and they came back one more time for each service still the problem persist now they want me to pay again to keep coming and treat my problem. Before contracting this company i did talk to other two providers and they did guarantee their work but I did tried to save some money and here is the result. Lesson learned. EDIT. I left that review there so you will know what happen. Now after a week of this company calling me and not being able to answer, James a supervisor there finally reached to me and we agreed that there was a miss understanding between one of the service support and me. He made it right as of now they are working to make it right and I got to say I am impress. Even when I was not able to answer my phone James never gave up and we reached an agreement. So far so good.

We had a really good experience with Pro Pacific, despite the frightening circumstances surrounding our call for help. We had a swarm of bees hiding out in a large tree in the front yard. We called several companies, most which did not have a live person to speak to about our situation and I was forced to leave voicemail messages. This company, however, was responsive and extremely helpful over the phone.Jason came and took care of the situation in a manner of minutes. I would definitely recommend them.

ugh, I had rats under my house due to construction taking place nearby. I called Pro Pacific because they did a great job when I had bees in my wall. Tyler came out a few times to set traps and collect them. I wasn't sure if it was mice or rats. turns out it was rats. I was worried about what kind of damage they were creating underneath. thats what was causing me worry. I would use them again and may in fact have them come out a few more times just for me to know for sure they are gone. hoping there are no new ones if any had babies or anything.

They scheduled an apointnent for Saturday 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Guy showed up at 1:00 pm we had to rush home from our lunch at the Beach ???? He wanted to finish quick leaving out many areas, he argued that those areas didn't need spraying, he refused to spray the attic eventhough i payed extra for it ???? This was done a few days ago, so i can't comment about how affective their work is against ants and bugs.

Very glad my neighbor referred Pro Pacific Pest Control to me last year. We have had ant and spider problems for years (actually decades) and I would always "self treat" by spraying and ant liquid traps which only worked temporarily and really never did solve the problem. Started using Pro Pacific a year ago, and other than a couple of rogue spiders outside we haven't had one ant in the house and only an occasional sighting of a few in the flowerbeds after watering. I have two small dogs and a tortoise which I bring inside for an hour or two during and after the spraying, then let them out with no issues. The technicians have always been professional, courteous and show up on time and get the job done. I would not hesitate referring Pro Pacific Pest Control to family and friends. 5 stars

We noticed swarming around our kitchen window and under the eves. Bees were flying into a vent on the roof and into the wall. They were trying to come out from behind the outlet cover in the kitchen. As the day went on the buzzing got noticibly louder. We decided we needed to stop them from taking up residence, so we called PPPC. They came out 2 days later as scheduled. They checked out the area, sprayed and dusted the entry points, window and eves where the bees had swarmed. They told us about the pesticides they would be using and suggested we have maximum ventilation as the spray my come through the outlets in the wall. I taped those up with painters tape. They were done in under an hour. The techs were neat and clean, explained everything they needed to do and did a nice neat job. They did a soft sell pitch for a service contract which we declined. But if we have any future isdues, we know who to call.

Erica serviced my home today. I had called earlier to make a note that i want the technician to treat inside the house. She saw the note and called in advance. However i missed her call. Someone knocked on the door hard and I realized that Erica wanted to make sure that I answer the door. Our doorbell is out of whack so it doesnt ring. Since she got the note, she wanted to make sure that i become aware of her presence and i was so glad she did that. Furniture delivery folks rang doorbell and just left because i didnt answer but it was pre-arranged visit so they should know i am home. Erica's clear communication and effort was really the hit. Before the treatment, she explained how she was going to treat the house inside and out and she explained about the chemicals sue is about to spray outside. It was HOT today but she wore the mask the whole entire times. She was friendly and knowledgeable of her job.

Daniel Clark the best person I ever met. Victor and Max took time to take before and after pictures (removal of roof tile, making holes, existing honey comb inside the attic, removal of honey comb, installation of wire mesh, putting back the roof top, installation of felt paper and putting back the roof tile, etc) and texted them to me. Went over the procedure they took to resolve my bee problems while keep social distancing. Work completed in super clean and super professional manner. The best of the best. They are so good well, beyond any one can ask for.

After trying to get rid of the bees in my attic for over a week on my own, I called Pro Pacific to deal with them. They arranged for someone to come out and check out the situation the same day! When Andrew arrived he confirmed the hive was inaccessible from inside the attic and provided me with options for dealing with it. I chose to have them exterminated, and he was able to get rid of them on the very same trip! It's been over a week and no sign of bees at all. The service was very friendly and quick, and no one tried to up-sell me into other services. A refreshingly good experience, and I would use them again without hesitation.

I had a terrible rodent problem. First Ron came out and inspected my home for entry points and then he put out traps. I could see that I had a bigger problem than I thought and so Yanky was sent out to rodent-proof my home. He and his partner spent a half a day eliminating all possible entry points for the rodents. Both Ron and Yanky have been available via text to answer any questions or concerns I might have. The only problem I had was on a Sunday. When I called the office they had me on hold waiting for the next available operator rather than telling me that they were closed on Sundays. I texted Ron and he guided me in the appropriate action to get through until my next inspection. Yankee also texted me to see how I was doing and if there was any other way he could be of assistance. I also use Pro Pacific for bi-monthly Pest Control and I have also sought their help for a bee problem that I had several years ago. Highly recommended.

So I scheduled a service person to come out for what I was told a free estimate. Explained that I live in mobile home and thought i might have a rat or opossum under my house. At night I hear loud scratching and chewing from my closet. I was told that they would come out and do a walk through my house and look under house to see what type of pest it was. Scott told my dad that he wasn't going to go under the house. Didn't look inside house either. Told my dad that for $266.00 he would set 3 mouse traps. Also said they don't deal with rats or opossums and that we would need to call animal control for that. Why would I give someone $266.00 when they don't know what they are treating. No written estimate. Perhaps if I had a estimate of findings I may have been more inclined to pay this for the service. What a waste of 3 days waiting for availability for someone only to do nothing. Was hoping for a better experience.

An appointment was set to come out to provide treatment and they, once again, arrived at the agreed time. After treatment, I was able to converse with the company regarding concerns I had and they quickly addressed each one without delay. Ricky Lopez did an excellent job. He was sensitive to my needs that I Wanted the bees to be extracted out of the wall in my house and hopefully given to an active Bee Keeper who could use a swarm. Or a new Bee Keeper just starting out that would like save some money. Unfortunately, the bees were between the brick work and a beam in the front of my house. It would cost a fortune to break out all of the brick in front of my house and try to save the structure as well. Ricky was very honest. Since I'm a retired elementary school teacher on Social Security, I did appreciate his honesty. He did a great job, very efficient, of removing the bees. He was finished in around an hour. He gave me clear instructions about what to do next. Since I had some experience with bees he spoke to me in the level of a colleague. He said he would return in a couple of days to be sure the bees were gone. Not many jobs are completed at such a high level. I find your service is excellent. I have had this service done by previous companies w/o such efficiency.

Unfortunately we have a one year contract, but 6 months into that contract we still have bugs in the home. I definitely recommend looking for a different pest control company.
