I used Peartree twice in the past 4 months. First to termite my house. Sean came out and did a complete inspection. They replaced the wood that had been destroyed by my wood loving termites. This was followed by the tenting of my house. Everything was done according to plan and timely. Everything was explained in detail. A couple of months later I had them add picture frames around all of my outside windows. A perfect job (my neighbors are asking for their number). I highly recommend Peartree Construction.

Do NOT HIRE. They don’t do what they are hired to do in the time planned. They were suppose to termite our house. Tent was suppose to come down Saturday first thing. Instead we get told we’ll be arrested if we try to enter because they injected more chemical. No explanation why. And they stop answering the phone at 1 and won’t remove till Monday. Screwed up our whole move
