I have been using Lady Bugs company for many many years. I used their bimonthly pest Controle service, to fumigate a house to get rid of termite , and lately to spot treat termite in my home. I was always pleased with the services, the professionalism of the tech's, and the reasonableness of the prices. Great family business. I highly recommend them.

I have not had good luck with this company. They charged way too much money for what little services they provided. Communication has been poor, they did not come very often, and I have had to call a few times to have them come back out to do what they should have done the first time. The owner promised one thing on the phone to get my business, then made excuses for when the services provided did match what he told me. They had me pay the total up front, so they got their money and there was no incentive to do the job right. There was no written contract, so I have no recourse. Buyer beware.....

So far my experience with this company has been very good. They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and were very timely. They gave me a two hour service window and came right at the beginning of the two hours. That is how it should be, I hate it when companies give huge windows and still come late.

The warranty is awesome. They came out on time and told us that if you see another ant or roach crawling around in the next 60 days call us and we will come out and perform another service for FREE! We saw some ants crawling around and called them back a 10 days later and they came out and performed another service at no cost. Moreover, they extended the warranty again. Now we are pest free.
