These guys are clearly the best. I had two other companies come to my house for a quote which were here no longer than 5 minutes and quoted me double than what Bell Termite did. Not to mention that the competitors would not only try to over charge me, they would not do the repairs that Bell Termite did. Randall came over for the initial quote and spent almost an hour and half checking all the areas of the house including the attic. He also crawled back into the smallest spaces in the furthest part of the attic I couldn't believe how thorough he was. He then continued to check every single beam outside poking each one, probably over 150 of them. He found literally every single one that had been affected by the damage of the termites. He gave me his honest opinion from his 30 years of experience of the type of treatment would be best, and did not throw out the, "oh you need to tent it" like all the competitors did. If you want the best don,t even waste your time calling anyone else, these guys are humble, honest, and hard working. Pablo and Sal showed up on time. Did all the treatment work and even brought there table saw to replace the damaged trim outside. They even bondo repaired the beams that were damaged. Now for the icing on top of the cake they even painted the repairs to look like new. I mean wow, talk about going above and beyond. Could not be happier with the result. Thanks Bell Termite for making my house like new again! Cheers!

I'm a realtor, I've used them twice on my listings. They did a great job both times. They did the inspection free, as advertised, created a report indicating yes/no if there were any termites or other wood destroying pests, and included an estimate on repairs for the one listing that had an issue. Their pricing was very reasonable & they got the job done quickly. I'm about to call them for an inspection on my new listing right now...

Fast, effective, affordable service! I called them last summer for a serious ant infestation inside my house. They were coming through the electrical sockets, the Windows and any cracks they could find. All it took was one treatment and almost and entire year later and we're still ant free! They were very knowledgable in the steps we should take to prevent a future infestation, and available anytime we have questions.
