There isn’t much about termites that’s exiting, but I can tell you that when I saw droppings on my nightstand I nearly died! Called a few termite companies and went with Dennis at Affordable Termite Control OC. The whole process was done quickly – wall injected with whatever he puts in there and now I can sleep again. Dennis is a contractor worth noting for your termite issues!

For scrapping some dots (so called termite or mold he called!) on a plywood asking $1095.00! Seriously, you can simply remove the whole plywood and put a new one nailed, it doesn't cost $50! Be careful to these people! Scam! No matter how clean your property it is, they find something!

My husband and I own a property management company and needed termite inspection in Garden Grove like yesterday... we had new tenants moving in after the weekend. Dennis arranged for our termite inspection the very next day. Thankfully there were no termites, some other critters that we just swept up. Can't beat free, so for value I have to give them 10/10. Termites in Orange County are a major problem especially when the wet times of year arrive. We always seem to get activity on our older properties. We always use Affordable Termite Control firstly for inspection and then for treating the termite infestations. We don’t usually need fumigation because Dennis and his team treat locally which is much better!

Affordable Termite Control OC have to be one of the best termite companies in Orange County! We’ve used a number of pest control companies over the years with VERY mixed results. Some do not show when they say and others really care. It is hard to know until you have them at your door. The reason I wanted to leave this review is that I was seriously impressed with the whole process. We did have to wait for a call back, but that is ok - I guess they are busy! Overall very pleased with my choice.
