Because of unusual heavy rain, we had high level of water in basement. So we call around looking for a pump. Instead of telling over phone they did not have a pump available and could do nothing for us, they came to our house, look at water from top of stairs and said sorry we can't do nothing. Charged us $75 for that service call to tell us they could do nothing. Amazing!!!Never even followed up by calling back to see if we needed pump when one was available.

Had a flood in the beginning of August and my insurance sent these guys out. Was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but honestly I had nothing but great service from John and his crew. John was very quick to respond whenever I had a question, and the crew worked very hard to clean up the flooding and gut the basement. Hopefully my basement never floods again but if it did I know who I would be calling!
