We've had skunks living in our backyard and decided to call a professional to help. We called a couple of Wildlife Prevention services and something was always off, either we didn't trust them or felt like they weren't listening properly to the situation. We ended up calling WPA (which we should have done from the start) and Boris came and inspected the area. He told us the problem, what we would need to fix it, and what he would recommend to prevent the situation from happening again. After the initial meeting with Boris, you can tell that he was professional, genuine and trustworthy. He's someone you wouldn't mind inviting to your home. He was also reasonably priced and always on time, You couldn't really ask for better service! I highly, highly recommend WPA and Boris to everyone who needs wildlife prevention services!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a racoon in the attic, WPS is a professional and honest company. Boris is very knowledgable, I was comfortable with his suggestions for removing the racoon, sealing the entry way and installing preventative options on other parts of the roof. On a side note a baby rabbit fell in my pool when he was here, it was more dead than alive when we noticed and scooped it out, Boris spent about 30min warning it up, and ensuring it was safe from predators, his compassion was obvious and it was something he "just did" not as part of the "job" I would highly recommend WPA I used Boris and WPA about 6 months ago and was very happy with his work. I heard noises again in the attic and immediately called him, I am very glad I did. I had a mother racoon and 4 newborn babies living there. He assessed the situation determined the babies were too young to move, came back 2 weeks later, moved them to a heated box outside for the Mom to come and relocate her family. He then confirmed my attic was racoon free and sealed the hole they were using. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. I hope I don’t need a wildlife removal service again, but if I do, I will not use anyone but WPA. I can’t recommend them highly enough

I had a wonderful experience with this company and I didn't hire them in the end. They were very honest and so helpful and reassuring. I thought I had raccoons in my attic and had one company come in and give me a quote - they used a drone and gave me a quote of over $2,000.00. The second company I had in was Wildlife Prevention Authority and Boris came to my house and went up onto my roof and checked everywhere and couldn't find any access point that the raccoons could have used to get into my attic and concluded that from where I heard them - they were probably on the roof and not in the attic because at that point the attic space was very narrow. He told me if I had any concerns or heard anything else to call him and he would come out and check again for me. This visit to give a quote was free and I was not charged at all. I was needless to say very impressed with the honesty, thoroughness and professionalism of Boris and Wildlife Prevention Authority. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I already made an appointment with another company but decided to cancel it and try Boris. I called him & was very nice to talk to so I made an appointment. We had a crafty skunk who took up free rent under our deck and would pay us daily with his odor, which made outdoor sitting an awful experience. We called Boris atnd we put together a plan of action, we were able to rid our foul smelling friend. Boris is a life saver! I had baby raccoons dig underneath my house and they got into my basement! It was the Saturday of a long weekend and NO one could come to help me. Luckily I found WPA online and I'm so glad I called them. Boris put my mind to rest and was at my house the next day to take care of a very serious problem. Boris is incredibly honest and passionate about what he does. We had a problem with some birds getting into our unused closed off fireplace in the basement, Boris got up on the roof, figured out exactly what was happening, was able to open the fireplace, saved the bird (even knew exactly what kind of bird it was), and closed off all 4 of our openings on the roof. He did this for a fantastic price as well, all the while being one of the nicest dudes I've come across when calling any company to my house. I promise you, you'll be in great hands if you have any problems like I did! I wish Boris the best. Thanks again.

Very satisfied. Boris provided a thorough inspection and detailed explanation with recommendations for immediate and preventive measures. We have small animal activities around the roof and got help from him last year in the summer. We suspected they were trying to returned near the end of winter and Boris came to follow up on the issue and he confirmed that the points of entry were still covered and intact. The suspicious noise stopped a few days after. I guess they had no success getting in :) Professional services!

Extremely professional. First initial phone call was very good, answered all questions about how they check our roof and home for raccoon entrances. Called a bunch of different places, and they did not answer as thoroughly or in as professional a manner. Came in for a free assessment, but was no obligation, was not pressured into signing up for the service. Explained the situation clearly. When I called back a week later to book someone to close up the roof, Boris was quick and sealed up the hole quickly. Raccoons were gone within a week. Great service from beginning until end! I had called six different wildlife removal companies before WPA. They looked at my problem gave me quotes but each company had something off about them. One was not personable, the other was over priced and two of them didn't look at a specific issue I was concerned about while they were on the roof. When Boris came over I was at work but my wife was home to greet him. After listening to her concerns he went to investigate on the roof. Upon his return we all had a three way conversation. He clearly explained what the issues were, how to fix them and recommended further ideas to prevent new issues from happening When everything was completed, my wife and I were very happy with Boris. I went on the roof when i got home and concluded that he did an excellent job, he fixed another issue i had up there as well. This company can be trusted to do the job right and charge you a decent price. I know this because as i said earlier I had six others before him. I highly recommend Boris to anyone, he's the kind of person you don't mind inviting into your home, hats off to you. Five stars are not enough to tell you how satisfied we are........

Just had Boris here to investigate possible squirrels in the attic. He went on roof and said everything looked secure - that there was a drip edge to the gutters and mesh screens on all vents, so he didn’t think any animal had gained entry. Thought it might be mice, and made a few suggestions, but didn’t charge for the inspection. He was on time, professional and straight-forward in his assessment. I would not hesitate to call again if the issue continues (his company doesn’t deal with mice, so it’s off to the mousetrap store for me).

It was quite a pleasure meeting with Boris from Wildlife Prevention Authority (WPA), though under 'unfortunate' circumstances. I experienced the misfortune of 'trapping a raccoon' in the attic of my home and was literally 'locked in' with nowhere to escape. This was after the roof of the house was sealed up thinking the raccoon had already left for good. Boris had contacted me the following day from a 'missed call' which I had initiated the previous day and I proceeded to explain to him the situation. Further, I mentioned I had already scheduled a 2pm appointment for that very same day. Anyway, it was agreed he would show up at 11am that morning. Not to be daunted in his effort to secure the task at hand, he showed up on time and took a look around the house and made a few recommendations. These included preventative measures such as capping both the vents and pipes with wire mesh and spraying with disinfectant. This service was on top of installing a 'one-way door' for the trapped mammal to escape and all was done at a very reasonable fee. He assured me if I had any concerns or issues he would take care of them. By this time, I was convinced and cancelled the other appointment. What's interesting is there was no requirement for immediate payment for this service. Boris was quite a Professional during this meeting and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone besides my friends! Finally, I can now sleep in peace without putting up with the ruckus from the nocturnal mammal! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

5 stars are not enough to rate them. Hands down to BORIS! He saved us from the most serious problem our family had. We recently got our first pet dog. He is a 3 year old golden doodle. Little did we know that he is an aggressive dog and we dont feel safe around him anymore. He bit me once, hes aggressive to strangers and other dogs. Six people live in the house and he became familiar with everyone but next thing you know, he will growl and bark at us out of nowhere. We called animal services and told us to call the local animal shelter. Then we called the animal shelter but told us to call 311. Long story short, we were unable to get the answer we need. We were just getting passed around. We were scared and worried about our safety, so out of desperation, we called Wildlife Prevention Authority. BORIS answered our call and he did all the work for us and helped us with no hesitation. Hes very accomodating and were amazed how he handled our situation. He made couple of calls and gave me a referrence number. Next thing we know, the city of toronto called me about the incident. Public health called me as well a minute after. After an hour, they picked up my dog and it was such a relief for me and for my family. BORIS didnt charge us for anything and also answered our calls and concerns. Thank you Wildlife Prevention Authority and Thank you Boris for going ABOVE and BEYOND customer service. We will be forever thankful for his kindness. We will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I called Wildlife Prevention Authority after hearing noises coming from my kitchen exhaust piping , if a bird got blown in from the strong winds , l would like to let it free. I have been hearing bird through my kitchen fan duct for the past week. It looks like a bird went inside my duct as my wall vent was broken from the outside. I called WPA and Boris was the one who did a great job in check if there was any bird inside. He disinfect the duct pipe and cap the exhaust pipe. While making the repair, he notice something moving under the cover of my AC fan. It turned out to be a racoon sleeping under the AC fan cover. Boris was able to uncover the fan and let the racoon go away without any additional fee. Boris was very gentle and professional and I will highly recommend him!
