I can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Jay. He is professional, personable, quick to respond and knowledgeable. I requested a specific type of material for repairing my roof to solve our red squirrel problem and Jay and Anne took it to heart, searching and sourcing exactly what I was requesting at no additional cost to us. I spoke previously with other competitors who would not provide any guarantee but Jay was happy to oblige which gives me confidence in his workmanship. Given the work was on the roof of our 2 storey cottage, I was impressed that Jay took it upon himself to take pictures of the installation so that I could see the completed work without going up on the roof myself. Great service, thank you Jay.

We were blown away by Pest Control 4U!!!! They were so thorough to get rid of squirrels in our attic. They took the time both visits to make sure the pests left and to seal up many entrance points. Also, the price was very reasonable compared to some other quotes we got. Can't say enough good things!!

I'm so glad that we followed through with a recommendation to contact Jay. His professionalism and use of the right tools and technology meant we caught 5 raccoons in the period of 3 days. He took photos and texted them on the one day I wasn't on site. He is agile in his approach and able to pivot as required to ensure the most appropriate solution - Including his wicked-fast ad hoc carpentry abilities! I was especially impressed with his responsiveness throughout the weekend, the knowledge he shared about the animal and habits/breeding seasons/etc, and the extent of humanity in dealing with trapping and relocation. i am extremely disappointed that this company sprayed several of my neighbors properties on Kasshabog Lake with dragnet, a chemical that is not supposed to be used near water - the best advice you could have given them is to save their money for the spring and then to spray with Btk. Permethrin the active ingredient in Dragnet® SFR termiticide/insecticide, is extremely toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Care should be used when making applications near bodies of water, and of course we had lots of rain after this was done.
