My husband called Get Em Out last year when we had squirrels nesting in our walls. Apparently our builder didn't cap the bottom of our back siding. They came more than one to install one way exits to get them out then installed flashing all over our house to ensure they wouldn't get in the walls again. We paid for the full sha-bang to ensure it was guaranteed. Fast forward to last week end we found mice droppings in out wine room, in our basement just under some outdoor stairs. It seems the interlock stairs settles which made cracks in the cement and the mice were entering there. Sean came as confirmed yesterday. Explained that we would have to redo the stirs and seal all the cracks. In the meantime he filled the gaps until we can get a contractor to redo the stairs this summer. He was very polite and took us through our options. I highly recommend them as they arrive when they on time, are highly knowledgeable and professional, courteous to our many questions, and did the job quickly and efficiently. While Get Em Out was a bit more expensive budget wise, I liked that they have a life-time guarantee on any work that they touch during their job and that they provided several options based on your budget. I went a bit more out of my budget for basically a one stop shop solution and I was very impressed. I had mice issues during the fall of 2019 and had another follow up recently. Sean and Quin have been nothing but professional with regard to some matters that pertained to my home and other things. This is an excellent pest control company as they really know what they're doing. Recently we had a family of raccoons living in our attic and the mother was incredibly vicious, clever and protective (of her 5 babies). No matter how tough she made their job and no matter how crazy our attic layout was (and it was crazy), they (Sean & Jake) never stopped until the entire family of raccoons were cleared from our home. The part though that made us feel the best was knowing that the work they did with securing our home from further raccoon invasions, is guaranteed for life. They also fixed areas that the raccoons had damaged and this coupled with the fact that they give free estimates, were added bonuses that separate them from other companies in this line of work. The cost estimated for their services was not only to remove the animals (even if it meant multiple trips), but also included all that was necessary to clean, sanitize and repair any damages caused by the animals. We would definitely recommend this company if you want peace of mind that the pest control problem your facing will be dealt with swiftly and with the least amount of inconvenience possible to you, the homeowner.

Company is a joke. I wait 2 weeks for an inspection and instead of getting the time of day from Sean or any pictures or any THOROUGH inspection whatsoever, he just peeks under a tile for 10 seconds and tells me I have mice. He makes a point to tell me nothing can be done until spring and he doesn't even bother to check for entry points or recommend sealing them with mesh, or placing a one way door. Ofcourse, dealing with this for the first time, I didn't know what to say at the time. It was only after contacting another company that I found out that there are things that can be done immediately. On top of all of this, Sean was late 1 hour for the appointment he scheduled two weeks in advance. Being tardy says a lot about your business and attitude, bud. I can't speak to the quality of his service once he actually deals with a problem because we didn't get to that stage obviously, but just as far as the inspection and resolution and price quote stage I already know that I will never recommend this company to a single person in this city. Also find it very odd how Sean told me a mouse infestation in the walls and ceiling is not a safety hazard but every other person consulted about this swore on their lives about the dangers of mice chewing your house inside out and the dangers and toxicity of breathing in mouse feces. I would have been happy to pay for the inspection if you had a little self respect.

Our contractor discovered 3 squirrels in our attic and we assigned the task to this company due to Google reviews. So thought I should add this review for others to use to evaluate this business. It's been 2 weeks since the lone trap door was installed. The trapdoor was presented as the solution. We were charged $754 (trapdoor + soffit and vent replacement at entry point). Pricey, we thought--but fine if it works. During the initial visit and at time of the trapdoor installation we requested check of any other entry point. We were assured that there seemed to be just one. The lone trapdoor was presented as a solution with the assurance that the squirrels would leave through it within 2 weeks. Two weeks later we still hear the squirrels in the attic. We have informed the company and await a response. We will update this space as events unfold.

Had bird in vent issue. Took a while to finally get them out but that was not their, it was weather problems. Had to reschedule three times and each time they were easy to communicate with and work out a new timing. When you tell your wife you hear noises and she doesn't hear them, she thinks your crazy. Fortunately, a week later she heard noises too. After installing cameras in the attic to find out what was causing the ruckus, we noticed a raccoon entering upside down through an air vent on the roof that had come loose. Get'em Out came by for an inspection then about a week later they came by and set up the one way door and a heat box for any offspring that the raccoon may have had. Turns out she had 4 pups a few days before they returned to finish there work. In the end everything turned out well for us and the raccoon family. I had 2 estimates done (1 company just failed to respond), and after two visits, I was most impressed with Get 'Em Out. The inspection visit was on time, thorough and professional (racoon in attic problem). They explained the whole process, and I also loved the online pics and videos, especially concerning re-uniting racoon babies with mothers. They also provided advice and an estimate for remediation of the space (need drywall and insulation removed in this workshop building). You hope to never have to call a company like this, but if you do need someone, I highly recommend Get 'Em Out, you won't be disappointed.

I had Get Em Out Wildlife Control remove a nest of starlings from my bathroom exhaust vent last May. The technician was efficient, friendly and left the area clean. A few days later, when I contacted them again because a baby was still trapped inside the vent (it had been super quiet during the first visit), a technician was over within hours and freed the bird, which flew away. I was not charged for this second visit, which I appreciated. The reason I gave four stars instead of five, is that based on my conversation during the initial visit, I was lead to believe that they don’t keep the baby birds alive once removed from the nest and customer’s property. Based on what I saw in a similar company’s YouTube video, I had hoped the process would involve a temporary nest box left outside the vent, so that all birds could survive. Had I known their process in advance, I’d have scheduled the appointment a few weeks later once the babies took flight. To the technician’s credit, he offered to return later to do the work if I wanted him to.
