Other then telling us to wait about three weeks and you should see a difference. The little black boxes great, better than a trap. Price still a little extreme for what was done.

Needed to call for too separate reason. The first service call was great, took care of the job told me to call if I continued to have problems in a week. The second service -3 call was a waste of time and $130 cash. I have wasps on a corner of the house. I explained where it was and that I was unable to "see" the nest. They came , sprayed, took the cash and left. I have made several calls during the first 2-3 weeks as not only are they still present they were somehow getting into the basement. The wasps are back in drones and now staying outside....but I still have a wasp issue and out $130! Very Disappointing for a family owned business!

Rocky is the understanding and surveyed the backyard and garage. I’ve been trying to get rid of the rats myself because my neighbor insists on keeping the bird feeder. We contacted 2 other pest control companies before this one to handle a wasp nest under our house roof, but didn’t get any responses/quotes after leaving several messages. When I called this company, someone answered right away, gave us a quote (which they honoured and was very reasonable in my opinion), and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. A technician came on time, was very polite and professional. Originally I thought we only had one nest, but he found another, and treated them both. He explained everything he was doing, and inspected inside of the house to look for cracks that wasps might be using to get inside (he treated those too). After just 1 day, our roof was wasp free. I would definitely recommend this company.

Called Rocky on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend because we had an issue with bedbugs. We tried getting rid of ourself and not able to. Because we had already cleared out most of our clothes and bedding we were somewhat prepared. Rocky said that Andre could come on the holiday Monday. I moved from a disgusting infested gross apartment building in south Oshawa, I left 95% of my life because I didn't want to bring cockroaches to my new place. We found this company last year when we realized we had a very bad wasp and bee problem in the backyard. There were nests in the bricks and our pergola they were incredibly friendly and punctual-after coming to our place theyWe’re able to locate the nests and find more we were not aware of. They did a treatment and Told us to follow up with them in a week after to ensure they were gone. After a few weeks they were almost all gone but we had a few buzzing around. When I followed up with them they insisted on coming back to do a second round at no cost. Do they returned and did another thorough spray. Problem solved we had nothing at all to worry about. Our little ones were safe to play outside again. And the price was excellent. After I explained to Rocky that I was having earwigs and carpenter ants inside and outside of my house he sprayed my entire kitchen as it leads to the backyard. He even went outside to the backyard and sprayed my patio and concrete blocks. Rocky charged me half the price of Orkin and did an even better job.
