Bees and flies have been infiltrating the two upstairs rooms for roughly the past week. Sent a request to this company early this morning and Gancy responded within minutes and said he would drop by on the same day. He texted me that he would be arriving in 20 minutes and he was very punctual. I saw firsthand why this company has such ratings. Gancy is a very honest, sincere, professional and diligent person. Thank God I found him. We will be going to him if we have any future insect problems. He did not charge me for this visit.

Gancy came and sorted a wasp nest on the corner of my roof. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and instruments/ products he was going to use. I called several companies before I decided on Pest Zone to treat the carpet beetle problem in my condo unit. Gancy is great - he is responsive and experienced, and he patiently answered my many questions. You can tell he cares about his business and customers and wants to resolve your pest problem. He also provides a 6 month warranty which is reassuring. I liked knowing he would be the one to do the actual treatment rather than someone I hadn't talked to yet. He came to treat as soon as I was available (Saturday appointment no problem, and during the holiday season). He was on time and worked quickly. He also came back a few weeks later to put down some more product because I was still seeing some live bugs (but many bugs had died, so I knew what he was doing was working). It's been over three months now and so far so good! I will not hesitate to call him again if I have any issues, and I will recommend him to my family/friends. Thank you Gancy!

I've been using Gancy for a few years now and the results are incredible. I had major ant problems in backyard and patio (tons of ant hills as they dig up the polymeric sand) and also wasps in the backyard as well. I couldn't believe the ants didn't come back the rest of the summer. And the wasps never returned either. He's now a part of summer plans every year! To top it off he's a great guy, extremely punctual and provides great explanations on what he's doing!

I called this guy by the reference of my community friend group for my carpenter ant issue, he has really a wide knowledge and expertise whatever he is doing. He came on time and explain everything that how does it work and how long it will take for 100% elimination. After a his treatment from second day onwards we do not see any single ants in our property,as he informed us to wait for 2-3 week for total removal. Really impressed the way he perform and solve our issue which was going on since last year. We hired one company last year after thinking to save money but it does not work and they came back again. We had big ants crawling inside the organic bin below the kitchen sink all the time. I have tried all the options but didn’t work. Then I got this reference. The guy came and completed his job with details in 2 hours (not only in kitchen but whole house). The results were satisfactory and haven’t seen a single ants or insects then after in my house. Best part is he gives heads up about what to do prior to his visit and after the treatment. Would definitely recommend to others.
