Used them twice for mice. Thought they were great until the mice came back the second time and I found out that there was no warrantee on a service from April. I had understood that there was and they would come back. It was explained that there is a different service that was more expensive that I could have got that was guaranteed. A new company has bought out this one Orkin and I was familiar with the name. I decided to call around and found a better deal with a better service contract ( 1 year) 4 visits to check their equipment and anytime for a lower price than Orkin/ Lloyds. They did an investigation of both inside and outside my home service( unlimited) John went above and beyond my expectations from Abel!! I did appreciate the time the customer service spent with me from Orkin/ Lloyds though..she was great!

I called them for groundhogs in my back yard. I believe the Pest guy was more interested in the Payments. He set a trap. And he doesn't Communicate with me to let me know if he catch any of those groundhogs. My Neighbors keep telling me that they see the groundhogs in my backyard. I call them repeatedly for an update and no one return my calls. I am very disappointed in this Lloyd Pest Control. They took my money and didnt respect me to give me an update on why i call them in the first place. I am a dissatisfied customer.

Initially great service. Came next day was very helpful and set bait traps. Called back 9 days later with a very bad smell in my bathroom for them to come and take another look and remove what ever had died. they said to buy an odour remover and that they could come back for another charge of $97 but couldn’t guarantee that could find or remove the smell. So a little disappointing.

After hearing noises in my attic, Marc from Lloyd Pest Control quickly determined it was a racoon. He set a live trap for her and by the next morning, she was in it. When Marc and Mike went into the attic to find her nest it was almost out of reach but they did not give up and were able to find it and rescue her one and only baby. This meant that they were able to release Mom and baby together which was very important to me. I would like to thank Marc and Mike for being knowledgeable, professional, friendly and great at their jobs. They really helped me deal with a potentially stressful situation. While they seem to do a good job, its extremely inconvenient that they cannot give you a set time. Keep telling me " 9 to 4" which is a hassle when you have to be out for 4 to 6 hrs.

Extremley unhappy with service provided, wanted traps set up but claimed they couldnt do it from first visit because they need to do an inspection, they did an inspection and said call back after a few days, now that i did, they changed orginal price quoted and want me to wait two weeks, i strongly do not recommend this company.....
